This is a review for the Center St Deer Park, TX location ONLY! 2x I have called in mobile orders to show up and find all the doors locked, forcing you to go through the drive-thru only. Why would I call in a mobile order to sit in and wait 35 minutes for my order. No signs on the door, nothing! There is no warning on the app either. I would have gone to a different location if I knew they were closed. Get it together please.
I used to go out of my way to attend this Starbucks because of how nice the people were but now the service and quality is terrible and not worth it. Last visit my croissant was burnt and I guess was expected to still eat it, and the past couple of visits including today my drink tastes like ice and milk. There is no flavor, and no coffee taste. This Starbucks must be under new management because this place rocks. The manager is very helpful, nice and productive. She stays on top of cleanliness, keeps her workers on point and is getting drinks out in the snap of a finger. This is my new favorite Starbucks!
