I'm a cook, and I've eaten a lot of subpar attempts of a pupusa. The lady running it is sweet, and it really feels like she's cooking for you in her house. You can hear her hand forming your pupusa/tortilla to order. Masa was cooked perfectly, tender yet crisp, not greasy. Great ratio of cheese & chicharron. The curtido that was paired with it was delightful, and the red salsa was addicting. I'll be thinking about these pupusas for the rest of the week.
Delicious food. Cash only, and it helps to speak a little Spanish because the nice lady that runs the food truck did not speak English. We had shrimp papusas and one of each taco. Would have tried the sopes and gorditas as well if I had the stomach capacity!

We actually stopped there by mistake as had on the GPS another location nearby. Wonderful place. Absolutely nothing fancy and that is the charm. Great food and the staff were very nice. Needed to use my translated app but that made the meal even more memorable. Highly recommend to stop by if in the area.
