The shakes are amazing!!! The tea is energizing and the owner is my favorite! Some may say it's expensive but I prefer to pay the price. Better for you! Must try. Call ahead and it's ready when you get there.

Awesome place! Great drinks great atmosphere. My favorite is the Phoenix. If you like peach I highly recommend. Staff is great and entertaining. A really good spot to come in, get your drink, and visit for a bit.

This place is amazing, there teas have great flavor and energy to help get through the day and there shakes have great protein with even better flavor. No matter what you’re trying to do whether it’s lose weight, gain weight, or just trying to stay healthy this place is the way to go!

I went here for the first time last week on my lunch, and spoke with Molly who was so sweet! She was very informative and told me everything I needed to know about the shakes and teas they have available. I ended up getting my husband the pomegranate explosion shake, and I got myself one of the Fall flavors. I think it was the brownie caramel pecan, but nevertheless both flavors were very very good! I'm definitely excited to try more of the menu, because my husband did mention that the flavor pomegranate explosion took him some getting used to (Molly had warned me of this), but they have such a large selection that I'm not worried at all about him finding tons of flavors he'll like. Ultimately, this business will now be my go-to for protein shakes. I typically would go to Smoothie King, but if I can get better flavors for around the same price, then I would much prefer to pretend like I'm eating a super fattening dessert while actually drinking something healthy ?Also as a side note, I don't understand why other people are giving this place a one-star just because they use Herbalife products. It really shouldn't matter, and if you don't like Herbalife then just don't go here? I don't use Herbalife in my home, nor have I ever really supported their company, but 288 Nutrition is a local business that deserves better than to have people give them a low rating because of the brand of products they use.Thank you 288 Nutrition for giving me something to look forward to on my lunch breaks from now on!

I forgot to take a picture of the drink I got but it was the Texas sunrise. The drink is pretty and is a layered tea. However the vibe of the location was not positive. The lady helping me was rude and has attitude. I was asking for help on finding a drink similar to another location in another state and she rudely said "I recommend you finding something we offer here since you live here".... UMM. No thanks, I'll just find another place to go. The drinks taste chalky like they aren't mixed all the way. I'd caution anyone going here, I'm sure there are better nutrition locations within the town.

Not worth the money whatsoever. $9 to have someone tear open a Herba Life packet of powder into a cup of ice? How about some REAL ingredients you can recognize.

The drinks were good and the staff friendly. My issue was with their "loyalty" program. They have a punch card like a lot of businesses to earn discounted drinks. It was my first visit and I asked for the card, then was told I couldn't earn anything my first visit, that they just give you the card your first visit (I had to ask for it though) and you earn punches starting your next visit. This isn't how any business ever has used these cards. The point is to build loyalty and there are numerous other options nearby for this exact product. I spent $25 on two drinks so just punch the dang card.

This is literally just a glorified Herbalife counter with a blender and syrups. If you're cool with drinking Herbalife supplements, more power to you; just don't be fooled into thinking this is some mom and pop shop.
