Pieces of chicken are very small and overcooked to the point that skin is burned to the black color. Three piece dark meat cannot be all three thighs, you have to get at least one leg which looks like a bone with burned skin on. So I didn't want that, asked for whole chicken. They said it's all gonna be pieces: 2 breast, 2 legs and 2 thighs. What?! That's not what they show on the pictures. Salad case had no vegetables at all. Empty! So I guess they didn't have salads ether. And you call this Boston Market? Shame! They ruining a good name! This is for the owner: the time was around 5 pm dinner time. You are probably loosing profits. I left and so did other drivers.

I hadn't picked up dinner from there for a while. With it being close to the house, and remembering the good food, I dropped by.I ordered the family meal for three which comes with one whole chicken, three large sides, and cornbread. When the young man began pulling pieces of chicken out, I told him I wanted a whole chicken. He told me that Boston market doesn't sell whole chickens any longer. After he sealed the lid, I told him that there had better be two breast halves, two thighs, and two legs in there. He opened the container back up and added my second leg. When I returned home, I noted that there was no cornbread.So... I'm docking for dishonest employees and Boston market's decision to no longer sell whole chickens.Not the comfort family food option with positive people that I remembered.

Came in today to get lunch they said the credit card reader was down I said how long since Wednesday that's 3 days and didn't mention anyone coming to fix it. I'm from Boston and I eat here any chance I get and today was a disappointing day. I feel like there Taking cash from the register because that's how usually it starts. Also less then 20 percent carry cash now and days so that's a bunch of customers that not have been served. I am not paying 3.99 cents to take cash out from ATM.

Food was great. However, they dont tell you the hidden $2 charge for the chicken sauce. Itll easily be up to $18 for a meal if you dont watch out. Rice and yams were good. I would def get it again but brining my own drink and leaving the sauce.

The chicken pot pie was DELICIOUS. I've ate at other BM but this one they actually know how to cook. lol and the staff is so pleasant when I comes to the atmosphere upon entering the building.
