My daughter and I had a great experience this time. Our server was amazing! Sorry I didn’t remember her name. Everything was hot and fresh.? We had fried pickles as our appetizer-as always. We went on a Tuesday- and mind you if you have the app and dine-in, it’s BOGO free Traditional wings! We don’t eat boneless wings.We had a basket of fries, mango habanero wings, (new)honey sriracha wings, and Asian zing wings. All was fire ?
Their wings were crispy and juicy. They have a wide range of sauces.

We were seated almost immediately, which was great. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our drinks, or even acknowledge us and no one came. We were very patient and decided to wait 5 more minutes and no one even bothered to even look at us or anything not even any other servers in nearby sections. We were so disappointed and walked out. This specific location has gone so down hill, we used to love this location and would visit frequently but we will not anymore.

We went to eat and the waiter didn’t take our orders until 20 mins after they seated us. Once she came our waiter named Meredith had given us water. Everything was fine until then and she made us wait another 15 mins for our food order to be taken and as she was taking our order she yells at once my friend very rudely “Do you want ranch or blue cheese” as he couldn’t hear her the first time. We then waited for our food for 30 mins and finally it came and we had it and left. Good food but very bad service.

This place is so poorly run that’s embarrassing for the staff. Asked a bartender for help and he told me he was too busy… his bar was 75% empty. Avoid this place if you can.

Wow - ordered $80.00 of food for the family. Their website stated the food would be ready for p/u in 30min. I received a confirmation email after placing the order BUT the new p/u time was an hour later in fine print. Immediately called the store spoke to Grace the first time she said “Hold on let me check if that’s correct.” Left me on hold for 10min. Called back and no answer - kept calling back 15 times. This time I got Olivia and I stated my family cannot wait long to eat. Okay - hold on. Placed on hold again for 10min never came back to the phone. I made approximately 40 phone calls to attempt to get a refund for an order that is still an hour out at this point. Finally, Olivia answers and states that I did not qualify for a refund bc their site p/u times are considered an estimation. WHAT? I need to speak to a manager- I said to her. She places me on hold for 10min and FINALLY another person comes to the phone that stated they are a manager and I would get a refund. Okay TY. Wake-up this morning and give it till the afternoon and no notification of a refund on my CC so I call the store… no answer at 2:00pm. I call another store which that manager explains they have called ID… meanwhile STILL out $80.00! TY Olivia and Grace for allowing me to use you as a teaching moment for my kids, that were hungry, of what extremely poor customer service looks like.Update** see the response below? Well I invested additional time to honor their request. They responded with “we’ll reach back out in 2-5 business days.” I am still out $80.00 with no remedy in sight.

Me and my family had the worst experience last night we waited for like 35 minutes to get a table and then the water ask if we wanted the change twice which we gave her like 50 on tip and had the worst service for me look for another one not for this location and the order where wrong and they never came back to change it I seems like there's not even a manager there awful service .
