I've been to other Burger Kings but this one seals the deal. I went here 3 weeks ago and then again today, both were a major disappointment. Both times, burgers were completely unedible because they were burnt and shouldn't have been served. Fries were mediocre and the milkshake that was supposed to be chocolate was only vanilla. What a huge disappointment. Don't spend your money or flex dollars here, just go to Eagle Landing or FlatTop Grill in the food court in the Union if you're looking for a good burger on UNT campus.

We have never been to this burger King, the customer service was horrible the woman was rude, hateful, and very disrespectful. There was $1.89 upcharge for cheese but you can get a cup for free. I recommend going elsewhere if you are traveling.
