Rhonda and her flowery personality love making shakes please order one with every meal if she’s working so we can make her day! Pretty sure she lied to me last week and said the machine was being cleaned so she wouldn’t have to make one. This week she just let off a huge shrug and made it. Seriously thinking about ordering 10 and just passing them out to people around the store.

Poor costumer service with bad attitudes. They don’t even acknowledge you when you approach the Register. Food pre was too busy chatting it up and asking the female employees where his hug was at rather than making the food. The other was more interested in being on their phone while the other acted like it was such a bother to grab a bbq sauce. Don’t waste your money in this BK if this is the type of service you will be getting.

Get to order the guy was not nice to us. Get to the window the guy rudely said Idk how to help you but we don't have any cookie. I understand if you don't have something but he could have said it nicely he seems very rude . Chicken was hard not even cook all the way .There was some one nasty finger nail in my chicken the french fries were so nasty. Sorry but not sorry for writing this .

The lod lady that took my order, did it right. But that black girl that was wiping tables annld then standing behind the counter, rasist baiting the white people. Should fire her before u catch a lawsuit. If u go to the cameras at right about 9 o clock ull see. Bad attitude. Seeing how I own 38,000 in your stock rbi ,I thought I'd say something. U know what don't worry ill talk to corporate.

Rhonda has no place being customer facing. Her rude and disrespectful demeanor towards a very respectful 14 year old were disgusting.Watching her deal with other customers made my manager mind scream.She rolled her eyes, when she messed up my son's order. Not once, but 2 times.He asked for fries, she gave him onion rings. He corrected it when he paid, them again when she gave him the bag.Then she rolled her eyes at my wife when my wife went over to help himFor God's sake and the sake of your business....fire her before she "messes up" an order and sends someone into anaphylactic shock.

Went to get a shake. Women seemed very angry that I would even dare ask for a shake. Told me “the machine is broken can’t make that. There is ice cream right next door.” If you hate your job do us all a favor and find one you like please.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Old, ugly chick behind the counter was annoyed as soon as I walked in. Was rude while taking my order, acted like it was my fault they were out of stock on certain items. Absolute as no right being employed in a customer service position.

Service was awful. Woman at the counter was treating all the customers awful. Never had an issue like this before but tonight at 09:20 I got 2 chicken meals and was treated like an absolute idiot at the counter. I have worked retail and food service so I'm aware a customer at 09:30 can be irritating but you do not treat customers like they are worthless. I almost lost it.

Kinda hard to give customer service when rap music is blasting through the kitchen to the eating lobby. Half staff slacking one lady working hard having to yell orders. Beyond unpleasant and unprofessional.Every body part and vulgar word in book with a beat is ringing in ears. Good job young staff ?
