Located in Hubbard Hall at TWU. Attempted to order an ice cream cone for the second time in a matter of 5 weeks. First attempt was told they don't have cones and haven't for a long time. ???? Was going to be up charged 80 cents for it to be put in a cup. Picked up my money from counter and left.Yesterday decided to try again as 1st time must have been a fluke; Spoke to person in grey shirt and was told we don't sell ice cream. Very disappointed in the general lack of concern displayed by both employees. Definitely not in keeping with the usual service I receive from other locations near my home. Retraining in Corporate customer service philosophy, I believe would be a good idea for this location. I might add that hair nets might be in order as well. Chose not to order food from here for this reason.

Received my delivery order with chewed gum stuck to my fries. Was disgusting and extremely disappointed because I am alway having issues with my delivery order. I’ve travelled a great deal and this is the first Chick-fil-A that does not live up to the standard that most Chik-fil-As do. Don’t go there.

At every other Chick-fil-A I go to you can have free refills! But here no the workers are not trained and the food is always not cooked terrible place overall go to the Chick-fil-A in crossroads

They use traffic cones to block the Drive-Thru of a small business next to them.So me and my friends have all boycotted, and when someone craves Chick-fil-a, we go to Dilla's instead.

It is clear that there is not much time spent training. Employees were very nice however I witnessed several people in front of me get the wrong food items or the wrong drink. I was also handed the wrong change when I paid with cash. The line was long, but that's just Chick Fil-A for ya. The food was really good, and again the employees were very friendly. Probably won't stop back because of the long wait though.

Lobby is closed. 6/3/21. The excuse was covid. Already reviewed with a 2 star but this will be my last visit. I’m not going to wait in a line that wraps around into traffic.
