I placed an order online and I went to pick it up, not only that they refuse to give me my order in the drive-through, they were also very rude. I did not check my food because I mistakenly assumed that it would be good, but when I got home, it wasn’t even warm. And I don’t live far. This was surprising because I’ve never received actual cold food from Chick-fil-A. in addition, there was a hair on my sandwich. So I called and spoke to a manager who then kept interrupting me. They refused to remake my food or refund my money. I’ve never had such a HORRIBLE experience at chic fila. Will not be returning to the one on the loop!

I wish this was the closest CFA to me. Hell, I even moved to another state and wished this one was there. Best food, great service, decent parking lot flow. The Rayzor Ranch one is always messy in every way that counts - messy food prep, dining area, parking lot insanity and drama, ugh. 288 CFA is the best CFA, don’t ever change. ?❤️?
