The fries were very oily and too much salt with i had to reorder them and even then , they were dripping in oil and were very salty.

This is literally the worst chick-fil-a in all of Denton easily. Employees don't give a crap to get your order right. Employees are hard to understand and their uniforms are usually dirty. I would give 0 if I could. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER. I've been coming here for 5 1/2 years but no more, I'm going to the loop or Corinth from now on!

Very disappointed with the amount of times they get my order wrong even if I repeat it twice, even 3 times. I mean twice or three times because I always come back thinking I'll say it right this time but employees just don't put the effort to GET IT RIGHT. I asked for a spicy deluxe (#2) they give me a PLAIN chicken sandwich (Yes, I checked order# and name) even if I come back the second time I say "make sure it's American cheese" they STILL give me pepper Jack cheese. They're lucky I have lettuce in my dorm.

If an efficiency expert from The University of Texas at Austin were to embark on an case study on the efficiency and effectiveness of order taking and process fluidity. they could do no better than to use the methods used in real life practice at the Chick-fil-A drive through.And if NASA and SpaceX were going to team up on the touch-less payment methodology, necessitated by the thankfully banished COVID-19 pandemic, it could certainly do no better than Chick-fil-A.The order queuing process is seamless and keep you moving forward through the process, from the first moment you pull up until you have paid your bill, and are on your way again.Tried and true favorites are the fried chicken breast with waffle fries, and I have had them them countless times when I'm hungry and out of the house for the day and money allows.Chick-fil-A gives to charities so that you can feel good about splurging occasionally,Cheers, Mark C. It was ridiculous, I waited in line for 30 plus minutes and the workers refused to refill my drink. I was the first in an empty line just to wait as if I had just showed up. I am appalled at how long it took, I did not expect this kind of service from a Chick-fil-A, I'm beyond disgusted.

The food is as good as any other location but the front counter makes a lot of mistakes. Orders get forgotten, orders sit on the counter and don't get called, stuff like that. They are fine at taking orders but are poor getting them sent back out. More people on one station =/= greater efficiency.
I always say .. don't expect too much from fast food restaurants. You never see the same face twice and this definitely affects service. This day was National Fast Food Day!!! Our daughter is a UNT student and had a lot of Flex dollars to spend. She decided to buy salads, wraps, chicken nuggets and fruit cups and donate this lunch to the UNT Office of Disability Access (ODA). This became a community service project for her organization called, Someone Like Me. The salads were premade but appeared fresh. The fruit cups were very impressive, full of strawberries, tangerines, blueberries, etc. The wraps were freshly made and packaged in really nice plastic boxes. The chicken nuggets were made just as we arrived. Everything smelled yummy!! They gave us a generous amount of dipping sauces, dressing and plastic wear. Everyone in the Union was social distancing, wearing face masks and super nice. It was a positive experience even during a pandemic. If your heading that way try to figure out ahead of time what days and times they are open. Ps no one every answers the phone, lol.

The last 3 times I have gone here the service has been awful. Tons of people waiting on orders and employees just whispering our names make it impossible to hear. I watched many people who ordered after me get there food before me, and I only ordered a sandwich. My last 3 times I have gone have been like this.

This is one of the worst Chick-fil-A locations I have been to. It is located inside of the TWU student union, and based on having to be on campus for business, I have eaten here many times. The staff of this location are not well trained or supervised like other "real" Chick-fil-A's. I think they are contracted by some other food corporation via TWU to run the place. They are not following proper protocol here and you don't get the friendly service as you do in other locations. They also look at you like you are the devil if you ask for any simple modifications like adding cheese to a sandwich. This place needs to be seriously audited and then fixed.
