CEC, is just CEC.However, this time was different. Since COVID, mediocre service is standard even in tipping environments. We came to this CEC the first weekend in March and had a relatively normal experience. The stand-out was the service, this time. There was a young lady by the name of Ava who HUSTLED. We weren’t with a party and just enjoying family time so we weren’t assigned an attendant, but she took care of the ‘normal tables’ as if she was working for tips. She was constantly at our table making sure trash was removed and when we had leftovers she took the time to box it up for us. She was incredibly attentive and stayed on top of bussing the tables.You can’t teach work ethic, and she’s got it. I hope CEC recognizes this outstanding young lady.

The food is always made to taste, and you definitely get what you pay for! I love the cheese bread appetizer; it’s got the perfect ratio of sauce and cheese! The staff is always SUPER friendly and greet me every time I come in with great energy and smiles. The people at CEC are extremely fun, but sometimes the music is loud, repetitive, and annoying.

The service in Denton is terrible. Employees in a bad mood all the time. A mouse that doesn't dance, the girls who exchange credits are rude and the man who works at the door is worse. I don't intend to return.

Diane and Danielle did an amazing job helping us reschedule our sons party when the venue was overbooked. Gavin, our party manager was incredible. He thought of everything and was efficient in helping the party transition from one activity to the next. Our birthday boy had the best time and we will absolutely be back.

What an incredible experience! This Chuck E. Cheese was recently remodeled with all new games, it’s bright, clean and now has a digital dance floor and amazing Jumbotron playing kidsbop and Chuck E Cheese entertainment. Pizza is awesome too! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
