Ordered a LARGE catering order for my wedding to be picked up on March 16th at 2pm. Arrived at 2pm, store was completely empty, no customers, and the cookies were not ready and the staff had completely forgotten about our catering order. Had to come back 2 hrs later to pick up cookies. Was given two coupons for free cookies. Returned home a week later and was not able to use the free coupons because they said on the back that they were only valid at an Ohio store, except I received them from the Denton location.
