I placed an order on March 9th at 5:19pm. At 6:20pm I called the store because I did not receive my delivery. The girl that answered the phone acted like she couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. They claim they couldn’t find my order in the system. So I had to go to the store to show my online receipt stating that I ordered and paid for cookies to be delivered to my address. The order still could not be “found” even after showing my receipt. And the guy acted like he was scared to call his manager to resolve the issue and give me my money back for something I did not receive. I will be back to talk to a manager to get the money taken from my card, or finding a number to call corporate and file a complaint on this store. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.

Excellent cookies..I pay in cash. I was short about 50 cents and the young man working let it slide instead of making me use my card.The cookies are warm, chewy and the best treat this side of heaven. This location is tucked away a bit, but worth the find..Parking: You can usually get a spot in front of the door

The staff is always so friendly and I love that they show the cookies before they give them to you to be sure you’re satisfied! I have a huge sweet tooth, and I haven’t found a cookie I don’t like from Crumble.
