Even as you get your frozen yogurt it still comes in and you can’t help but notice so many gnats eating the same yogurt you’re trying to get.I love self serve frozen yogurt but the sanitation of this place is just not it. I don’t think it’s anything the employees can do to fix it- management need to go in and do major renovation and fixing.Also not sure why here does it say Pooky’s Famous Yogurt (maybe as a joke?) they might want to get it fixed.

Horrible service the guy there is very rude not welcoming or friendly at all. The place smell of chemicals it made us leave the store. And when asked if we could try a flavor first the guy replied no tasting with an attitude. Worst frozen yogurt place horrible. Place is very dirty if you move a table you will see it, very disgusting also lobby looks like a storage I wish I had taking pictures of the place yuck

I don't know how this store is profitable. From the moment I walked in, the owners were very unwelcoming. The lights were off as if they were trying to conserve energy. They refused to provide us with any sample cups when we asked politely. The store was completely empty on a Saturday and I now understand why. Someone check their taxes, if this business is profitable then its definitely a money laundering front.

My daughter and I come every THURSDAY ($5 FILL UP!) to watch our favorite show. Staff is super friendly and helpful, atmosphere is cozy and the froyo is STELLAR! We miss Pookys, but glad the staff moves over.

The yogurt was very runny. Every flavor I tried came out like soup. There were plenty of toppings and the atmosphere was fun and pleasant. Good music playing. It was clean and well managed. We got free frozen lemonades with our purchase. Not my favorite in the flavor department but they were free so I can't complain.
