We just moved to this part of town from hickory Creek and this was our first time visiting this Domino's. Very disappointed, pizza was burned so bad you could taste it in every bite. We ordered thin crust and they cooked it like a Brooklyn style. The cheese was toasted to non existent... Hickory Creek never did us like that in the 7 years we lived there. My advice is avoid this Domino's and go to hickory Creek,or anywhere else.

Every time I try and order on line it won't let me so then I call and the people there can't seem to understand me so I probably won't be ordering with dominos again

This team did such a great job hosting the fundraiser for Nelson Elementary! The idea was super cute to have the kids draw a pizza box! They were well staffed for the business and super friendly! Great job!

I love how they cook the pizza here, really delicious, hot and not dry at all like other Dominos in Denton.I will continue to shop here, they have never let me down! Love it ? thanks

So I guess this store doesn't hire black kids. My daughter was hired by the Assistant Store Manger (Kaylee). The store manager (Danielle) came in and asked Kaylee what was she doing, she replied training the lady told her no she wasn't my daughter was asked to leave and offered a large pizza. Once I called to see what happened the store manager answered and was very rude. Kaylee we need more people like you in this crazy world, I see why the reviews are so bad because of the leader that have for the store.

2nd time in a row they haven’t gotten the order correct. Hard to tell from the picture, but this pizza is dried out and was supposed to have unseasoned crust and extra cheese. Won’t be ordering from them again.
Papa Johns now stinks consistently.. pizza hut has sucked since they stopped making freash dough in 94.Well guys.. by comparison Dominos is #1 of the big chains.. now if u wanna go to a local Pizza house and spend $29 for 1 large be my guest.Ill save $18 and go to dominos.
Tipped 30% and they didn't even bring whole order. Going downhill for sure. Go somewhete else.

The photos of the tots show to have a lot of toppings but when you get them there is hardly any toppings and you pay $7 for that.If you order pasta, no where on the app does it offer for you to get extra sauce. So I asked to buy some. They won't do that do to health risks, understand. Asked for it to be put on the dish itself. Was told no.I won't go back to Domino's.

This location used to be great honestly up until what seems like the last couple of weeks. Dude cooking was very rude when my boyfriend asked him to fix my pizza. He didn’t even need to start from scratch, we just wanted more toppings that were missing. It’s a speciality pizza with the topping literally in the name, so I don’t know why he was surprised we wanted more than 3 on there. Everything was cordial on my boyfriend’s end, but the guy (didn’t catch his name) got visibly annoyed and was very short with his responses despite my boyfriend being polite and apologetic for the trouble. I get it, food service can be grueling, but there’s just no reason to be so blatantly rude when everyone else was asking nicely. Everyone else working was nice aside from just that particular individual.

The tall guy who I think was called Matthew was very rude for no reason and said multiple slurs under his breath. When I called to speak with a manager later that day he was the one who answered and wouldn't let me speak to his boss.

So......the pictures are of a pizza that was requested WELL DONE and paid for extra toppings. Its not well done and the toppings are not doubled. My wife and I order pizza, from this same location, at least once or twice a month. I have even called and gone to the store a couple of times to get the issue resolved. Tonight makes 4 pizzas in a row that we ordered and they were not well done as we ordered. I understand that cheese on pizza is gooey but we order well done for a reason. Like another customer stated, we understand that mistakes happen but maybe if you give a little more attention to detail and give a couple of extra minutes to get the order right, maybe there wouldn't be so many unfavorable reviews. Just sayin'.......
