Recently went and had their strawberry rose matcha latte and it was to die for. However, kind of confused about the changes with ownership? Returned for another latte yesterday and they were closed though their hours say they are open. I hope whatever is happening is resolved because they make really good coffee and this place has always been a vibe!

I USED to love this place. My father was in town and I suggested going to the best coffee place in Denton. But the staff was incredibly rude and even told us “don’t come back” as we were leaving. I’d rather get coffee from QT now. Awful experience.

Everybody loves a good quirky coffee shop (me especially)This place was really cool, the baristas were super nice and they have a great menu. The exterior is a little intimidating, but once you get inside it's very cozy. I got a cold brew with hazelnut and heavy cream and it was sooo good- a tiny bit bitter but the flavors balanced it out. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the price; usually coffee shops like this are expensive but my cold brew was around $5 even with the add-ons. You can tell this place has a loyal customer base. They have a take-a-book-leave-a-book shelf too which is so cool! They do have outdoor seating too. I would definitely come back!
The best place to chill with a coffee/smoothie and burrito in the am or a pastry and beer in the pm!! ? ☕️

The biggest appeal of Golden Boy to me is their culture. The space you create as a coffee shop is often just as huge a factor as your product, and what brings me to Golden Boy is knowing that people are safe there. It’s an added bonus that the drinks and pastries are great—this morning I had one of the best blueberry muffins I’ve ever eaten. I’m glad Denton has Golden Boy!

When we are visiting my granddaughter in Denton, TX, we make it a point to go to Golden Boys Coffee Company in Denton for their outstanding coffee, bakedgoodies and in hopes of seeing Sarah and Kasie.Outstanding coffee, employees, and service. My husband and I adore Sarah and Kasie. The Golden Boy Coffee company in Denton, TX is blessed to have such wonderful employees!!
