Once was enough. Save your money and look for a better restaurant. Bland broth. And they put cold items in the ramen hoping the broth will warm them up. I never want to put cold pork belly in my mouth ever again. Disgusting.

My wife and son and I met my daughter here for dinner and I found my new favorite ramen place. The Black Tonkotsu was amazing. My wife and daughter had the teriyaki chicken, which they loved, and my son at the Ten Don. Impeccable service, seriously awesome chef / menu.I moved to Denton county from McKinney and felt like things were missing since moving - mainly favorite restaurants. Thankfully Hanabi Ramen is here and it's better than my former favorite ramen place and my family will be regulars.

Food was great. We had the Miso Ramen and Gyu Don. The Gyu Don proportion was small, could have been a little larger. It’s a small place, but very cute inside.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu but they can make a plain ramen (noodles only)

Im in love with this Japanese Ramen restaurant! I took my kids here for spring break a few days ago and we loved it! The food is so flavorful and delicious! It’s also all very healthy! The food is all very unique and you can eat with chopsticks if you want to! My sons got the Tonkotsu Ramen and they loved it!I got the veggie tempura sushi and the avocado rolls they were so delicious!That was some of the best sushi I have ever had! We got the heart attack roll for one of our appetizers and it was amazing! It looks really awesome to! It is fried avocados with a few different sauces drizzled on them! I posted a picture of it! You have to try it’s delicious! We also got the korrokke which is like a Japanese style fried potato with a delicious sauce! The korrokke and heart attack roll are the best appetizers on the menu in my opinion!The atmosphere is also very fun and well decorated! This is a very fun and unique restaurant with delicious food! All of the servers were super sweet to us also! They were very attentive and they were always there if we needed something!!

One thing I believe that could use some work though from personal experience as well as the other reviews, is their customer service. Our waiter was very dry when we were inquiring about different items on the menu making me not want to ask too many more questions

Whereas they don't have many beers available for dine-in; e.g. the typical Sapporo and Kirin, their Sake was rather good, and there is a liquor store next door that offers their patrons a 5% discount.I have enjoyed several items on their menu when I have come up to visit my daughter who's attending UNT. I like that it's one of the few restaurants that is safe for her roommate (with severe food allergies) to eat at, that's a major plus in my book.Dietary restrictions: They are good about listing primary ingredients on the menu (good for me to avoid mayonnaise since I'm allergic), and staff are knowledgeable about other ingredients should there be specific questions... My daughter's roommate is severely allergic to corn and corn products so she is able to eat many of the foods here no question, and can easily sub ingredients.

This place is fabulous for ramen. It is incredibly authentic and the atmosphere is unbeatable. The prices are also fairly competitive. The ramen is absolutely incredible for the price and the staff is also so nice.
