The food was disappointing, I might have had a more flavorful meal at Applebee's. The spinach dip had onions in it making it taste sour. The entrees had no seasoning and even the desserts tasted store bought. Service was slow but the food did come out hot and well prepared for a Saturday night. I have three stars for the atmosphere because it is a hotel restaurant and there were a lot of screaming kids.

If you're eating here, I would only recommend the lettuce cups. I ordered the asian fried chicken and it was severely over cooked. Dry as hell.My fiancee's burger had great flavor, but was also sadly overcooked.Cool vibe inside. But there was A LOT of dust. They need to do some house keeping.The server only stopped at our table 2 times, took at least 25 minutes for food when they weren't busy. Lousy experience overall.This place is like a pricier, worse BJs.

We just went to Houlihan’s in Denton, and had to walk out and leave because no one would come over to our table to even take our drink order. The hostess that showed us to our table was rude, and seemed like she hated her job. We then went to Cheddar’s in the same parking lot, and had a great hostess and great service. We definitely won’t be back to this location.

The food was not great. We ordered the mozzarella sticks. It was one block of cheese fried and cut in four pieces. It was cold in the middle. The sauces that came with it were good.Our food took a long time to come out and unfortunately was not hot when it arrived. I ordered my burger well and it had plenty of pink. For the high price point the food was not impressive in my opinion.

Had so much hope for this place but we ended up being so disappointed. Waited 45 minutes for the food snd it came out cold and wrong. Wait staff really didn’t care it was wrong. This is not the 1980 Houlihans we hoped
I went in here with low expectations, not a fan of restaurants attached to hotels. They have a decent menu. Everyone was pleased with their meals. I'd recommend trying this place out.
Had to send steak back but they fired another one. Server was nice. Desserts are very small!

I had an absolute blast at Houlihans. It’s connected to the beautiful embassy suites.My husband and I live so close and were able to get drinks and food even though they were closing within the hour.The bartenders stole the show- the girls were so friendly and nice and didn’t rush us or make us feel bad which some would for coming in late.They made great recommendations, adjusted one drink that I wanted sweeter, and made my husband and I feel right at home- we had lots of good conversation and laughs even in that small amount of time.We will most definitely be back!I recommend the fried stuffed mushrooms- they have cream cheese in it which was unlike any dish I’ve had so so good!Thank you all for the warm welcome it’s so appreciated!

We eat here often. The service is great, ambience very nice, and food always delicious!!! We think happy hour also is the best in town! Our favorite is the tomato soup with the fried cheese fritter balls, tacos, Asian salad, and fried mushrooms. Really everything is delicious. I have requested their back room for my larger get togethers that holds about 20 and it is wonderful! Also Angela was very nice and brought all of our ladies a rose at lunch today that she had left from Valentines. We were also impressed that our nice waiter took 13 orders without writing them down and it was accurate! I think it is Denton’s hidden gem! Needs more advertising.
