Great cookies! Small place but its always busy. I have tried double chocolate chunk, vegan chocolate, S'mores, triple chocolate. They were all great. But S'mores is my all time favourite

I came at 12:20 and they’re supposed to be open until 1 but they were already closing up. I like the cookies so I keep coming back, but I don’t understand why they were closing up 40 minutes before they were supposed to, and I was disappointed to be honest. Either Google is wrong and they need to edit the hours, or the employees are closing up way earlier than they’re supposed to just because business is slow.

We love insomnia cookies! BUT if you're open until late, serve everything. We went in at 8:30ish pm and were told they had stopped serving ice cream for the night. That makes no sense. So we went somewhere else for our dessert.

Had these cookies in Chicago before moving here. They were fresh and warm and moist the way they were back home sure, but something was just a little off. I don't know if it was the dull appearance of the staff, giving a slightly sad vibe off, or what... but it was a lot less "YEAH WE GOT SOME COOKIES" and more "Well, the cookies were good as usual". Maybe it was just one of those nights, but I'll be back to try again :)

Need a napkin? Horrible location but great cookies. Went tonight to bring some family for their first time. It was 10pm and they told us immediately that they were not serving ice cream, which was odd but we thankfully didn't come for that. However, when I ordered I asked for a gluten free cookie which they were supposedly out of...I'm gluten intolerant so I wasn't able to order anything else which sucked. Then, my siblings tried to order and they were also out of multiple other cookies. They had blocked off their small seating area, also annoying since they don't close until 2am, so we were standing talking for a bit while we waited. My sister had to walk around the chairs they used to block off this seating area to grab a napkin, and she immediately was scolded for the fact that she had walked where they had previously mopped. There was no indication they had mopped and again, this was hours before they are supposed to close. There were no other napkins and the 2 employees there seemed miserable and gladly made it known. Very frustrated and embarrassed we recommended this location. The only reason I gave 2 stars as a "positive" is because we actually like the cookies when they're available.

I pulled up 30 minutes before the website said it closed today and I was told they were closed early when the website literally says open until 1 am tonight. Its Halloween not Christmas?
