After years of not visiting this location I tried breakfast. It'll be years if I try again. Idk what is about Jack in the box, the simplest request are ignored. My hash brown was hot and fresh and I suspect that's the reason I waited about a while for my order. I asked for no meat and got meat. ? Oh well.

A delivery order was canceled and I was told to call the store. The phone rang to voice mail 4 separate times.Edit: I had already submitted feedback and requested a refund by the time jack in the box replied to this review. They still haven't gotten back to me. I ended up having to do a charge back through my bank. Atrocious customer service all over this company, from the people in the restaurant to the online customer service.

I just wouldn't be up in Denton today and dropped into a Jack In The Box and it turned out to be a good decision. I ordered their Jumbo Jack it was really good and so was the service.

Don’t go here early in the morning is my advice. I drove out of my way before work, and waited In the drive through for a few minutes to silence. Then I drove to the window, verified their opening hours, I got there fifteen minutes after they were open, and no one was there. As I was leaving, I spotted a worker in the window who simply shook her head at me and mouthed that they were closed. Maybe something was happening and she was alone, I don’t know. But just disappointed and I think maybe they need to update their hours

They charged me for food I never received. Tried to place an online delivery order, but after 20 minutes I got an email saying my order was cancelled without reason. I tried calling the store multiple times, but nobody picked up. The order is still showing on my bank statement though.

Lady giving me my food was super sweet and had great customer service but I got a bit annoyed when I was told that I couldn’t have sweet and sour for my chicken nuggets because it was an extra cost. I could understand if I would have wanted extra but I didn’t even have one. I’ve never had to pay extra for sauce that should come with the meal. That’s a little ridiculous.

This location has TERRIBLE service. I never leave reviews but how they do business there is unacceptable and it needs to be reported. The other day I was the only one on line and waited 20 mins for my food, and then was told the shake machine wasn't working and they had no medium lids, so instead of giving me a LG they gave me a small which ripped me off after all that. Then today no one was there to take your order in the drive thru. Where is your staff? What are they doing in there??

I was stuck here waiting for an hour. We placed our order in the app and they literally served the people that drove up after us. We waited because he kept saying five more minutes and when the order came out it was all wrong. Terrible location I'll never come back.
Ultimate Cheeseburger still good. But entire burger is smaller and dbl in price.
