I have gone through the drive thru and always get fresh hot food.I walked inside while my tires are being changed next door.The floor is extremely sticky. I said something to the guy taking the orders.Every single table is dirty. There are remnants of food and spilled drinks on every single table. I literally wiped one down to use it.Now, the workers could be concentrating on food and kitchen cleanliness. But the state of the lobby makes me rethink the kitchen cleanliness.Not to mention, they are standing around chatting, so one of them has time to sweep, mop, and wipe off some tables in the dining room.Honestly, if you don't have enough workers, then close the lobby and concentrate on drive thru.

I feel like the only time we give reviews is when something bad occurs. ???Being inside of Jack In The Box, I watch and observe how every employee in their nearly break their neck trying to stay afloat as a business and working so hard to meet everyone’s needs, getting treated like garbage because of a mistake or because we’re having a bad day, some of us. That’s not fair at all. let’s do better.Tasting their French toast sticks, delicious.Tasting their breakfast sandwich, delicious.Tasting their Miniature tacos ? absolutely deliciousTasting their Mozzarella sticks, unique flavor, cheesy and tasty.The boba Iced Coffee, amazing!I think their should be more Jack In The Box establishments than McDonald’s???♂️Customer service involved a smile each visit.Establishment is ALWAYS clean.We’re quick to complain but there are others that have it worse, and wish they had a car to commute to get food.
I gave the 288 jack a chance figured surely by now they’d figure out how to get atleast a single order right. I paid $16 for a single meal (wasn’t paying attention to how much the smash burger cost) and they still managed to mess it up. If I’m paying sit down restaurant prices could you atleast get the order right? I mean damn.

Just ordered 10 tacos at drive up, paid, pulled around to wait. Got home and they were short 2 tacos. Can they not even count. They owe me what I paid for, but I'm not driving 6 miles back for two tacos. Just crossed them off my list of places to purchase from.

The food was barely w arm also the fries were good but slightly overcooked and I got too many end pieces. The food was sub par at best and if you're absolutely starving and everything else is pack go here.

Every time that I go, I tell them to put hot sauce on my tacos, and they never do. Makes me aggravated that they don't listen.2 weeks later I go again and got tacos and the tacos were so cold.4 weeks later I go and get me more tacos and asked them to freshly make it. Well my tacos are not warm at all. I'm so frustrated with this branch. I'd give zero stars if it would let me.
