This place is booming with popularity and has excellent service. The workers are friendly and work very fast, and the food is always tasty. Clayton and Bailey are two great workers who are willing to go above and beyond for their guests.

I usually order for delivery as opposed to pickup. Well today, a friend was gonna pickup for me and I decided to download and use app. I meant to order from the Carrollton location on Old Denton Rd but instead sent my order to the store in Denton on Loop 288. I called the store and Mark graciously offered to give me a refund although it was obviously my fault. I was so appreciative of his caring attitude toward his customers.

I am not sure how the store on 288 in Denton stays in business! The kids working there are lifeless and incompetent, they make the wrong sandwich’s and act like it is no big deal, the store smelled like weed as was dirty. When I order on the app, I expect to get what I ordered and for it to be ready when I arrive … not 15-minutes later. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! If this is a franchise it needs to not be!!!

I can't get over the sticker shock of buying ONE sandwich here for $24!! Well, that did include a small drink and bag of chips. The sandwich itself was decent, but definitely not worth the amount of money I paid. I also didn't see any prices on the menu inside.

One of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten! The staff wasn't the best, and the soda selection is garbage, but damn was it tasty! I highly recommend the #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak!

I normally don't reach out to places I go unless there is a problem or abnormally good service. In this case, there was a HUGE problem! I placed an online order (my first online order ever for food) for a sub today and my first bite into it was full of Jalapeño juice. All I wanted was a steak and cheese with nothing on it. I HATE spicy foods! Do you people not wipe off your knives before you cut another person's sandwich? The only reason I ordered it online is I was too busy at work to leave and go there in person like I normally do. I will never order from you online again! Extremely pissed off about it. Your people ruined my lunch!
