I went back and asked if it could be fixed and she said there's nothing they can do. It's completely undrinkable. I won't be coming back if they can make the drinks wrong and do nothing to remedy the situation.

The cashier couldn’t find the add ons and so we were told they couldn’t sell us a drink.The drinks were overly sweetened. Ended up throwing them away.

Heading out of Denton today I decided to stop by and try this tea shop that had caught my attention in the past. The service and store itself looked and was great! But the quality and taste of the drink was quite disappointing. Chunky textured almost sour like sips. Not only was the drink terrible, the appearance after a short period of time was quite un appetizing. After a quick stop at the gas station and a twenty minute drive home I arrived to this quite horrendous appearance. Leaving me in disbelief. For a product priced this high I expected more. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment.
