This was my second time eating here in two years. My first experience was very positive; however, after today, I’m not sure if we’ll be back. Our noodles were a strange consistency.. doughy almost? Not sure if that’s because they’re under or overcooked but it’s hard justifying the price for a sub/par meal. Generally, the servers and the atmosphere were fine. They also had SpongeBob playing in the background which is a show I like, but possibly consider another place if you’re looking for a romantic date night spot.

got the bulgolgi ramen and it gave me food poisoning don’t eat here the foods trash and made me deathly ill when i say avoid here at all costs i mean it if i could give it 0 stars i would this place is as trash as it gets

On my first order, I tried the miso ramen. The flavors were on point and very well balanced. My second order, I tried the shoyu ramen based on recommendations from other reviews. In my opinion, it was very salty and lacked flavor. Also many noodles were stuck together. I would not order this again.My son tried the chicken fried rice which he said was very good!

Terrible service, not at all attentive. A group of us came in and were ignored for almost 10 minutes while numerous employees( including what looked like the manager) avoided eye contact and walked right past us multiple times. I had to flag an employee down just to ask if we can sit in one of their many empty tables. You don't have to be the host or hostess just to acknowledge a customer and say we'll be with you soon. The service didn't get any better after being seated either. Had to flag down or even stand up to get the waiter everytime we needed anything at all. Food was ok at best, Hanabi on Carroll tastes better and has superior customer service.

PROs: Nice establishment. Great and attentive service provided by our waiter, Russell. The food was great! The place appeared clean. Decor was pleasant. No wait time to be seated.CONs: Nothing we found displeasing.Approx. $45 (with tip) we had Nagasaki Ramen, Mazemen, Salmon roll and 1 drink.

The look of the restaurant was nice the booth was nice and spacious. I do not know if I am spoiled to my normal place but the food here was way below my expectation. Every sushi roll we got fell apart as we picked them up and the flavors were not right. The ramen was not terrible but was Luke warm when it came out. The sweet tea was terrible. Service was non existent and everytime we requested something the waitress or waiter looked at us and didn’t understand. We never had the same person check the table twice.

First time in and so glad we stopped. I knew it would be a bit more then regular but we splurged lol. Not only was the food great but Sara, our waitress, was absolutely lovely. So polite and helpful she was just a delight. We will be back for sure.

Ordered ahead and when I picked up the food was all room temp, I asked when it was made and was told that it had been out since I ordered it which was hours prior. Then was told to just microwave it. Tell me what is the point of ordering for a certain pick up time if you are going to just make it right away?
