When the pizza is cooked right it’s 10/10. But I’ve had a few deliveries now where the Center area of the pizza is soggy on the bottom please fix this

No other pizza service in this area comes close to how good Marco’s is. Pizzas are hot and loaded with great options that aren’t available at other stores.Don’t skip in the Meatball pizzas and Greek Salads!

Ordered some pizza for pick-up on Monday 11/20. The pick-up was a total disaster. That I can tell you. Very disorganized. My 2 pizzas were sitting there for maybe 15 minutes while they got to a pizzoli. People were not being greeted at arrival to see why there were there. One lady was yelling and pretty upset. Fortunately the pizza, although not the hottest because it was sitting around so long, was still good. I'll be nice and give them 3 stars and hope this was just a fluke because this place has a good rating. If it wasn't a fluke then I don't know why anyone would keep putting up with service issues like this on a regular basis.UPDATE 2023-11-21: After looking at my receipt and what they charged me compared to what they were suppose to, it looks like they charged an unauthorized $3 gratuity... wow.... NOT ACCEPTABLE... especially since the service was so bad. One star.UPDATE 2024-01-12: They responded to this review and said they wanted to make things right. I provided some additional information. They never got back to me to make things right.

Second time in a row that we have asked for contactless delivery and the second time in a row that the driver has rang the doorbell and handed the food to me. The excuse is that the app is down and that they can't see contactless delivery, even though it is printed on the receipt.Didn't get any garlic cups, asked for no ranch dressing and double pizza sauce for the cheesy bread. Got one pizza sauce and ranch dressing.Quality has really gone down hill and management needs to step up and make sure that the customer is getting what they requested.

So this is the second time we’ve ordered from this Marcos location. Both times they’ve taken a minimum of 30 minutes or longer to even start our order. The website says it’s promised at a certain time but when we got to the store they hadn’t even started cooking it. The line is out the door and other customers are also complaining that’s they’ve waited for close to an hour now. Their pizza is good but it sounds like we’ll need to find another store as this one can’t get its business in order. They could lean a thing or two about how Dominos runs their operations…

this is a strictly review for their online ordering... its one of the worst websites I have ever used. doesn't let you login until you put your address in, which if it just let you login in first, it would have the dang address. Then the new updated site does the same thing but a more horrible version of putting the address in. 2023, a pizza site is not complicated, quit making it that way.

It was good, but the pizza bowls are getting less filled each time. It's the same cost as a small pizza without crust. The bowl should be pretty full of everything and not barely covering the bottom.
