I counted 17 people working behind the counter when I went in to take my drive-thru order back. With 17 people working, I wouldn't expect cold, old fries and a mutilated sandwich the manager reshaped with his bare hands in front of me (then asked me what was wrong with it). Absolute incompetence from everyone, including the rude woman at the register who acted like the condition of the food was 100% normal.

I thought of giving 0 stars but I don't have an option worst McDonald I have met with there a night shift lady who took my order she does not have a conman sense how to speak with a customer she misplaced my order and I almost waited for 1 hr for the mistake they have done and she later said that it's not are responsibility. What is going on with you guys not trying to pay attention to what I really wanted?! The smoothie, especially the strawberry smoothie I got was a medium sized smoothie instead of the large one! Our friend requested ALL LARGE DRINKS,... COKE 2 MANGO AND 1 STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE! NO!.... Your workers just don't pay attention- one said for us to get 3 large drinks, mentioned above, yet I get a medium smoothie-strawberry!! What a very critical lousy service given me, I was agitated about it and I will not be coming back! Just because your workers are in training is simply no excuse for not following instructions!

I was really aggravated with the type of smoothie we got! Me and my sister and friends came to this location and got 3 supposed large smoothies and 1 coke. When they came out, there were only 2 large smoothies and 1 MEDIUM smoothie for my sister!! That's why I was very aggravated by that-and mine didn't taste good at all--it didn't taste it had barely any flavor, but mostly ice!! I was so mad!! Won't be coming back-not at all!!

Bro it was 12:00 They turned the lights off at 12:01 they turn them back on... Considering how the line was moving I thought my food would be fresh My fries were stale and hard they weren't even warm My pies are rock hard and my chicken nuggets taste like they have been sitting in the hot been for a while... Their attitude was rude They asked me if that was it ... They didn't ask me if I would like anything else it seems like every time I come here I have an issue and they always turn off the lights or tell me that they're only accepting cash ?? with the way the world is trying to get rid of cash they're going to have to stop doing that.... I work fast food as well guys I know you don't want to put up with it but you chose your job... It also sucks because I only live 10 minutes away All the McDonald's here kind of suck.... Except for the one on University by Walmart so far they're pretty good...

Apple pies state 2 for $3. I was charged full price for them. I asked the cashier about it. She went to ask someone else. She came back and said I have to order 1 strawberry and 1 apple to get that price. The advertisement does not say you have to purchase 1 each of the items to get that price. I picture clearly shows you don't have to purchase each type to get it for the price. I will probably not come to this location again.
