Teem member got sassy when I politely painted out the mistakes and proceeds to not help with this situation ., fries were cold and soggy , nuggets were under cooked , my burger was cold to the touch and missing a pattyManagement was no help at all . Racist hispanics working dinner shift, Sunday evening, around 5-5:30pm. I experienced active discrimination and hateful attitudes from everyone working that shift. What else can I even do? What other options do I have? Why is no one doing anything about the racism of hispanics?!?!

My review from tonight. 03/04/2024Extremely embarrassing performance by the employee. Forgot to mention my fries were cold and the rest of my food was luke warm. Never had a problem with McDonald’s until now, I will not be giving my business to that location ever again. Grammar correction there*

Had to wait 20 min outside for my curbside order then go wait inside for another 20 before they brought me my food and it was wrong terrible service, food was cold and drinks were watered down from sitting will not be going

I ALWAYS GO TO THIS BRANCH SINCE I LIVE IN DENTON, BUT LATEST I HAVE HAD AN EXPERIENCE THAT SEEMS SOMETHING UNUSUAL TO ME, I ALWAYS PASS ON SOME OPPORTUNITIES IN THE EARLY EARLY AROUND 2 AM, BUT THEY NEVER RECEIVE A DEBIT CARD REQUESTING ONLY CASH AND NO THEY GIVE THE RECEIPT, I REQUEST INFORMATION AND THEY TELL ME IT IS A SYSTEM FAILURE EVERY DAY AT THAT TIME, IN ADDITION TO THAT WHEN I ASKED THE FIRST GIRL TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEN THEY GAVE ME EXCUSES I REQUESTED MY RECEIPT AND I DIDN'T GET IT THIS WAS ON THE DAY 2-17-24 AND THE DAY 2-18-24 CONSECUTIVELY.
