Ordered delivery almost all of my food arrived small items missing. Was told store would redeliver missing items yeah its been an hour or so. Food is good, as I lived in NYC for 3 years it's very close to to NYC pizza didn't expect that here in Texas.

I have enjoyed this place for a few years since it has opened! I have experienced great food and great service the whole time. I really enjoy their lunch special. The thin crust, pepperoni pizza, and the tortellini alla panna is so yummy.

Food was cold. Tasted terrible. When waitress was informed that the food was cold she didn't apologize just asked if we wanted something else. Told them no. At time to pay for the terrible cold food she offered no compensation. Had to ask and then only ten percent.

It was our first time visiting today and everything was awesome! We will for sure be back! Thank you for the awesome food and service! The alfredo is the best I've had anywhere! Highly recommend!
I ordered the Chicken Marsala and the server said it has 2 chicken breast served with pasta. I received one chicken breast sliced in half to get 2 paper thin slices. I paid the full price for an entree that was not what I expected. After speaking with the Manager she stood proud of the portion served; however I have never been to a full serve restaurant where the manager was not concerned with losing a customer; especially when I believe the restaurant industry needs customers.

I understand that things happen and this review is not about the time I had to wait. This is about courtesy.I placed an online order and arrived at the designated completion time. When I arrive I am asked for the name on the order and I'm told it's coming out. In the next 20 minutes I am asked 3 times by different employees what I ordered. They didn't ask my name but asked what I ordered. I never once complained and when my order came out the woman called my name and handed me the order. She said "here" as she shoved it in my hands. I said thank you and her response was an irritated "yeah".

I need more than five stars! I know Denton has Picone (best Chick Parm in DFW) and Osteria il Muro (which takes the dedication of a monk to get reservation) but this place is the jam. It reminds me of the small, family owned Italian joints in NYC - serving up food in a super casual atmosphere. Totally stumbled on this by chance and could not be more in love with it. They were short staffed (with a 'Now Hiring' sign posted) the night we went but it did not lessen the experience. We will be back...hoping to be a regular.
Love Napolies pizza. Someone told me it had authentic Italian taste, look and vibe. I've always had to go pizza, so I can say that the wait time is no more than 25 minutes for two pies and garlic bread. Love it.
Ordered food from here for delivery. They put the dressing on my salad so it arrived soggy and inedible. Flavor was not good and it didn't taste like a Caesar salad. Not impressed.

I once went to pick up a doordash, when my partner had to use the restroom in this place. He then ran out because there were 3-4 HUGE 2 inch cockroaches in there with him. He actually killed 2 of them smh. I actually ate from this place a year ago and was mortified to hear that. Please don’t eat here, it’s a health hazard.

Napoli's is a hidden gem in Denton. In a small strip-mall, it's family owned and has a history for at least as long as I've lived in Denton...over 20 years. Their pizza is very flavorful, and a little more salty than your typical pizza--- which is the way I like it. There, I said what nobody wants to admit, that I like my pizza a little salty. Go get you some! Also their pasta is pretty good too.Vegetarian options: So I'm not a big meat eater. What I often get is their spaghetti marinara. It is delicious. Plus you get some of the best dinner rolls that you'll get anywhere.
