We ordered pizza last night. It was awful. My wife and I always ordered pizza from here. The pizza from last night had my wife up all night sick to her stomach. The pizza was overcooked. Plus they hardly put any topping on the pizza ?♂️

So disappointed. When I placed my order, the website indicated 30-45 minutes.Sadly, this kept changing and ultimately took over 90 minutes to get to me.Worst of all, the pizza was stone cold; the box was cold and the pizza looked and felt like it had been sitting out for a long time (at least 30 minutes).Definitely will not use them again.

Typical Denton food outlet. The place is filled with the usual vagrants. My online order was Started the moment I walked into the store because they marked the order as complete early. (Txt msg saying order is ready for pickup). They thought that was hilarious. Multiple employees were taking home fresh pizzas and chicken while I was waiting 15 minutes for my pizza.

Customer Service was The best I've EVER experienced anywhere in Denton,Texas!Not really a fan of Papa John's, got the Epic Stuff Crust, definitely a 10.Monday Night Football, didn't stop anything my food was literally done in 8 mins!!I'm officially done with Domino's lol
Ordered a delivery pizza on 9-8-23 with extra cheese and peppers, and the pizza was cold and disgusting, with cheese on only half of the pizza, despite ordering Extra cheese. Not half cheese like I received. Very bad quality food, and when I called the store to try to get help, the manager told me that he gave me a credit for a replacement pizza. I tried to redeem this credit two days later however, and now the store is telling me that I don't have a credit. What a terrible establishment with terrible customer support!

Employees really nice and pickup was quick and easy. Just wish the food was a little better. Everything in my order but one item was burt. The garlic knots were so overdone they were hard and there was no garlic to make them garlic knots. The one good thing was the chicken parmesan papa bites, amazing.
They sent me a pizza that was 30% a bubble. Manager I spoke with claimed to give us a credit. Called back to place a new order and they magically have no credit history or documentation. Its just pizza, be better.
