I have ordered from here for many years and the pizza is always delicious and hot whether it has been delivery or pick up. They also donated boxes for my students so that they could have a real world experience in the classroom. The woman at the counter was super sweet and so happy to help! I used to work here as a shift manager. If you think about working here, I wouldn't. It's a highly hostile and toxic work environment. And for any customers wondering why the food and service is bad, the reason is because how can any of the employees care about what's going on when they're constantly getting screamed at for not having been trained on anything, constantly having the GM make themselves out to be a god while making us out to be mierda on a daily basis, and to be called inconsiderate and shitty when we are there covering for them to be able to be with their family just because we need Christmas off. It's absolutely ridiculous and nobody deserves to go through this level of hatred, stress, and downright disrespect in a job ever.

Terrible service. We had three pizzas for delivery and they sub out to Door dash. Pizza never came. Called them up and they said this happens a lot. They re-made pizzas and we came to get them...and they got them wrong. Never again. Buyer beware.

I placed an order with with this location at 3:15 for a pickup time of 3:40. I showed up to see on the screen that my order was ready but was told by the young lady behind the desk that it was not ready. She took my payment while I was waiting and then told me that she made a mistake and gave my order to someone else. No worries, she said she’d make me another and it’d be a 15 minute wait. I was not able to wait so she said she would personally deliver it to me in 15 minutes, ok cool. I left and waited for my delivery. Received a message from doordash that it would be delivered in 25 minutes. Ughh!!! Already waiting much longer. Doordasher dropped my pizza off, AND IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER! At this point I’m made. No one would answer the phone after SEVERAL times calling so I had to go back up there. Finally at 5:30 I was able to eat something I ordered.This location is run by terrible management and needs to get some competent people to run it.When arriving to pick up my correct order, there was another woman at the counter because of a payment problem with her order and after they fixed that THEY GAVE HER THE WRONG ORDER!!!! ?♀️

Good pizza and even better cheese sticks, delivered hot in less than 30 minutes! $18.50 or so after delivery for a large 2 topping and I had the cheese sticks free as a reward on the app.

I'm a long-term customer. I am very dissatisfied at the Denton location on University. Even after showing confirmation #'s my orders seemingly disappear when I go to pick them up.
Good pizza, delivered hot and cooked perfectly. Prices are reasonable and I love the little parm cheese shaker. Recyclable and one little shaker is enough to actually cover the whole pizza. Delivery was top notch. I live in the country and its not always easy to find me, first time out. It was dark and stormy, but the delivery was on time, considering a couple minutes due to bad weather. I will order again.

I went in to pick up an order, and a girl was leaving as I was walking in, and the employees were talking really vulgar about her. It was disgusting.

It was a hit or miss for a while but recently the staff got really better, my last orders were spot on and the people working were super friendly and helpfull. I hope it stays that way as i will be updating if anything changes for people's reference. For now i can say I loved it!

Their website was having issues So I had to order as a guest , I ordered a big new Yorker with wings and specifically selected to be handed to me and not contactless delivery. They ended up sending some doordash person To deliver my pizza And they did not knock Or much less call me that they left my pizza outside At the very corner of my porch notice it was very cold outside So imagine trying to eat a cold pizza with no plates or a microwave Because we just moved into the apartment! My dog didn't even bark and we were right by the door watching TV waiting for our pizza after a long day.Also the receipt left on my box showed a total of $32 and my online receipt showed $37. Which is probably why the door dasher didn't knock or call because of the tip. I'm so upset with last nights experience.
