It’s aye female employee that work there that keep hang up in my face because I’m check on my order I order my food at 10:30am and all I’m trying to do is get my food she rude as hell and she did it twice and this happen between 11:30 and 12pm so what female is there now answer the phone on November /24/2023 is the female I’m talking about she rude as hell and very unprofessional she don’t need to work if this the way she going to treat customers !!!!

I set up an order on the Pizza Hut app and the app told me the transaction did not go through however my credit card was charged. So I called and asked if they saw it go through and they just said nope. So I asked when I’d get my money back and they said “couple days form now”I would’ve been happy just showing the transaction or something and getting my pizza but now I have to spend 80 dollars on pizza tonight and HOPE I get that forty back at some point? Lovely.

Pizza was made to order but the crust was underbaked and soggy. The pizza itself was extremely greasy and your hands were shiny from the grease. Extremely loud employees and a lack of any customer service. This location used to have good pizza and friendly employees - but not now. Will take my business elsewhere next time.

We visit this store frequently and am extremely unimpressed the last few times. We ordered tonight, I walk in and no one acknowledged me for 2-3 minutes, which I don’t mind, if it’s busy and you’re understaffed, but one person was sleeping, one was washing their hands and then seemed to turn the opposite direction to purposely not have to acknowledge me, another was pulling pizzas off of the oven, which were ours. Pizzas were undercooked and bbq pizza hardly had bbq. Kids were disappointed but we put the undercooked one in the air fryer.On another order a few weeks ago, we ordered 2 hours in advance for delivery of 5 pizzas. Order was almost 45 minutes late. Their driver no showed and instead of letting us know they called for door dash. Again, I understand, but communication.We will more than likely stick with Papa John’s moving forward. This store seems to really struggle with customer service and our experience lately hasn’t been the best.

Fell way below expectations - This pizza hut was very behind. The app said that my pizza was ready to pick up, but they had not started my order yet. I ordered a supreme, a meat pizza, and a pepperoni with cheese crust. The crust was very thin and appeared to be partially cooked. The supreme pizza was missing a couple of toppings. Nothing tasted right. This was the last straw for pizza hut. I'm not ordering again.

The manager is constantly cussing, yelling, and throwing things around as she talks to the employees. She yells for more than 30 minutes at a time sometimes, we've had to call the non emergency number before several times because she seems violent and can hear everything from where we're at. I don't understand why she is in charge of a restaurant with those kinds of manners and temperament. Will never buy pizza from that place, if she disrespects the employees who knows what goes on with the food.

Our order was wrong again after we waited a long time. We tried to call and no one would answer. My husband went up there and the manager proceeded to yell and scream and told him to get out after throwing the pizza we paid for. What was supposed to be an easy dinner picked by my kids is a disaster and my kids are still waiting. The only nice thing was the Door Dash guy.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Not only did I wait over an hour for a pizza, but when I called to check, the customer service could not connect me to the store. When I finally reached someone, they informed me, despite the status in the app, that my order had been cancelled. I was never informed and still charged. I would not recommend this establishment. Do not eat here.

Terrible customer service. Can't seem to get anything together. Never answers the phone. Rude employees. Wrong orders. The current manager hit my hand and ripped the receipt out of my hand. She was cussing and screaming in the store.
