My wife and I frequent various steakhouses across DFW and this one is the only true steakhouse in Denton. The food was all decent but I would agree quite over priced, especially for being in Denton.

First, the service was outstanding. From the time we entered the front door until we left, all staff were attentive, informative, and respectful. The food was good, but not great. And the prices are incredibly high for what you get. Not a single part of our meal was something I’ll crave to come back for. The steaks were fine, but twice what I’d expect to pay for the same quality. My partner and I ordered our steaks medium but hers was medium and mine was medium-well. The atmosphere was nice and more casual than I’d expect, at least in the dining room.

Ambiance elevated as soon as you walk in. Classic guitarist playing beautifully in an alcove right up front in the bar. Our host nicly dressed in a suite greeted us and confirmed our reservations and seated us. Our server Tori was a ray of sunshine and made our experience memorable. I was curious about Spanish wine and she brought out a couple samples. We enjoyed our choice during the meal as it was paired perfectly with the Bison Ribeye and peppered asparagus. My wife said the bathroom matched the quality and cleanliness.
The entire meal was phenomenal. Fried quail was amazing. Steak was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. The sides…. Oh man the sides….. mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts…. Wow….. to die for!! Our waitress, I believe was catlyn? (Horrible w names). Was amazing. Top notch customer service. We will be going back. We went for my wife’s birthday. Need to plan about an hour and a half to 2 hours for dinner as it take a little bit. But absolutely amazing.

Absolutely delicious. Very attentive staff and they certainly take care of you and make sure your food is perfect. If you want a delicious, laid-back but still fancy dining experience you will regret not coming here.
Absolutely perfect as always. Great food, great ambiance and great service. We had the most extraordinary server who took care of our every need. Treat yourself and request Marina as your server the next time to visit.
Our first time dining here and we had a great dining experience. We made reservations on a Friday for 4 and were seated immediately. The butter lettuce with lardons and goat cheese on the second course was delicious. Three of us ordered steaks and sides of potatoes and carrots. Everything was delicious although one steak was served room temperature. The butter didn't melt on the steak so I knew it was not hot. The manager apologized and offered to comp the meal but I had already taken a few bites and didn't feel it was fair so he ended up taking off a round of drinks which I thought was very thoughtful. We ended the meal with donuts which were also a perfect ending with the dipping sauces. Service was very attentive and the place not too loud we could still hear each other. The menu had some other items I want to try so we will be back!
Outdoor patio seating was perfect choice as the weather was ideal. Also was quiet which made conversation easy. The service was spot on as usual and all of the food was wonderful as anticipated. We were going to try the grilled oysters but that item was not available but the Elk Foie Gras sliders were a good alternative. The tenderloin was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. A great evening. Thank you !

Queenie's is amazing. Once we walked in, we were greeted by Topez, who was very welcoming and the solo guitarist playing such beautiful music. Our server was also wonderful! We were a little hesitant to bring our three kids to such a nice restaurant but, dining at Queenie's is like enjoying a five star meal around your own family's table. Surprisingly, none of the members of our party ordered a steak. We ordered the salmon, chile relleno, chicken and a burger and we immensely enjoyed our meals.

It was just over a week ago we came in for some food as recommended from the locals at the company we were visiting. We tried a great deal of food on the menu and had some adult beverages as well. I cannot remember the last time I had been in a restaurant where they hit on every dish, drink, atmosphere and service. This is quite literally a gem in the State of Texas. We introduced a few new drinks to the bartender who jumped at the chance to try a new drink mixture. We never once had an inkling of "we don't do that here". The service was phenomenal, the food was beyond amazing. Definitely set the bar for all the restaurants I go to from now on. Definitely worth the drive if you're in the area.

My husband goes here often with work clients and I just went for the first time for our anniversary. I went with very high expectations because we usually go to prime steakhouses in Dallas. I don't need to do that anymore! I tried many different items and everything was delicious! The exterior of the restaurant is unassuming, the ambiance inside is elevated without being stuffy or pretentious. I'll be back soon!
