For some reason, this particular restaurant here in Texas was not as good as a one in Aliso Viejo, California. Fries were barely warm, chicken was very small, and the bread wasn't as crisp or warm

Went there 5 yrs ago and service was terrible. Tried again today and it's still terrible. Tried to place an order there they answered the kiosk but asked me to wait. After 5 minutes I was still sitting there. Tried the website on my end it wouldn't go through. Get home I was charged but I got nothing. I won't try again.

This location is always crowded. I looove their Texas toast, and the sweet tea is good too. I personally don't understand the hoopla about the chicken. It's good, but I wouldn't wait in line for 30 minutes for it. Also, what is the deal with their coleslaw?!It's basically served in a container the size of the Canes sauce, lol. What's even the point? You can barely fit your fork in it. We ate inside today and it was nice & clean.
