Canes chicken used to be really good but not anymore. I feel that the chicken tender size and quality has gone down drastically. I ordered a 4 piece combo and got one chicken finger the size of a pencil. Definitely felt ripped off. I don’t know if I’ll be coming

Went here to dine in. Everything was going great. When they called out our name my husband started to go up there. Then another man went up there and stole our food. The girl then looked at my husband when he was in shock and she lied and said they were working on ours. It took another customer to say that our food got stolen for them to realize that they gave our food to someone else. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for our food to be given to us. All the employees did was stare at us and didnt even give us an apology. We should have gotten our money back. We did eventually get our food though. But it didn't taste as good as it usually does probably because it was rushed. I dont think i will ever go to this location again. Especially since our food was taken by another person and i had to sit there watching other people enjoy the food that we bought. I wasn't feeling well to begin with and that made my day way worse.

UPDATE: 2/14/2024 I have dined at Cane's several times the past few months and the food has been excellent. Chicken cooked just right, fries crispy and fresh. DELICIOUS!I have had better...chicken seemed barely done..wasn't crispy like it usually is...same with fries...food seemed limp and soggy.
