You first walk in and order at the counter, grab your sink and sit down, few minutes later they call your number and foods ready. We got our food during lunch rush fairly quick which was nice having to go back to work. I got the number 6 deluxe Mexican plate. This had a tostado, beef taco, small tamale, and rice and beans with an enchilada and side of guacamole. Also two tortillas freshly made. All the food was average Mexican fast food style, but overall it was all good. Way too much food with that plate, couldn’t finish. Best thing was prob rice and beans, worse thing was def the whatever mini tamale thing they had. Was like a cigar and really dry. It was a decent lunch choice for some quick Mexican food, wouldn’t necessarily need to go back.

My grandson and I went for an early dinner. He loves soft ground beef tacos, caso & chips, beans, rice & coke. I love him so much... He is an autistic adult man who is active in Special Olympics. I mention this because Rosa's has always treated him with respect. They are always prompt to get him another coke. Their food is excellent . ALWAYS hot and presented neatly dished up on the plates, not just dumped there on top of something else. They put his tacos on a separate plate so they don't get soggy on the bottom.We go there often.!!

The manager with super nice and tried to make a few things right so it earned a second star ⭐ but other than that it's just a Taco Cabana, not that great.
