I went during the lunch hour 12:00 -1:00 PM. You can imagine it was busy. Like 10 persons deep in line busy. Only one guy behind the counter (ANDY) who took orders, made the drinks and was the cashier at the same time. HE DID GREAT considering that he was alone! This is the reason I am giving this a 5 Star Rating.This 5-Star rating is for ANDY.If there was a wait - everyone in line understands it is not his fault - someone else for sure, but not Andy's. Everyone can see how he was hustling behind the register and the counter.It would have been better if there are 2 workers at least. Maybe hire another person?Starbucks have 4-5 workers at this hour.But, I love my Boba and at the same time I'd like to support these students working in ShareTea Denton, also. So I will be back.

My daughter loves Boba Tea. This was a great place for it! The store is cute. The employees were helpful when she asked for recommendations and the tea was delicious! She had a fruit tea with boba. I had a milk tea and my son had an Oreo ice blend. All were yummy!

While I initially anticipated just another run-of-the-mill tea spot, ShareTea managed to surpass my expectations in every way.One of the standout features for me was their Thai pearl tea. Unlike most places, ShareTea allows you to select your preferred sugar percentage, which adds a level of customization that I truly appreciated. It's not every day you find such a convenient option in tea establishments. The boba, to my delight, was exceptionally fresh and lacked the stickiness that can often mar the boba-drinking experience. It was as if I was savoring the boba pearls straight from the source.Beyond the exceptional tea offerings, I was thoroughly impressed with the ambiance of the place. ShareTea created a warm and welcoming environment that made my visit all the more enjoyable. Moreover, the service provided by the team was nothing short of excellent. They were attentive, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience.In conclusion, ShareTea in Denton is a gem of a tea establishment that I wholeheartedly recommend. Second time trying this place and ordered a oolong milk tea no boba and regular sweetness and ice. Three couples came in after me and all of them received their order before me. Finally after the last couple that came in 20 mins after me got both of their drinks before me I asked about my order and the guy who took my order said he was just starting it. Took less than 30 seconds to make and it came out like watered down milk. Same result as the first time we went here. I don't recommend this place if you want good tea or service.
My husband and I are avid boba tea drinkers and have tried probably 50 different shops in the metroplex. This one is best of the best! They have the quickest friendliest service, drink selection is awesome, and the consistency of the quality of the drinks is spot on. We've probably been 15 times in the two months since we moved nearby, and have never had anything less than a five star experience all around. Wintermelon with Fresh Milk is the best!!!

I recently dropped by ShareTea in Denton and had quite the experience. Their Thai Pearl Tea was remarkable, standing out from the rest. The new addition to their menu, Tiger Sugar Boba, was not only delicious but also perfect for an Instagram snap. However, I found the Taro Pearl to be a bit on the less sweet side, so I wouldn't particularly suggest it. The place had a lovely atmosphere, and the availability of board games made it even more enjoyable.

Sharetea seriously has the best boba! Like the actual pearls—so tasty! Other places I’ve been to have boba with either no flavor or really bitter. Not Sharetea—theirs has a sweet, brown sugary taste. Also, the tea itself is delicious! And I like that you get to choose how much ice goes into your drink and how sweet it is. This location in particular also has really good, quick service. I usually get the Okinawa pearl milk tea, if you need a recommendation!

Ordered the Hokkaido milk tea. It was terrible and burnt tasting. I love Hokkaido and that was awful. I’m not sure if it was too much powder in there or what. I went in for a refund and I was told that it ISNT possible and that the system isn’t equipped for it. If you’re using square online it is possible. I didn’t fight it. I was told to get a different drink and that “ this apparently isn’t done often.” I left with a Thai tea. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was pressured into getting a drink I didn’t want. I don’t know if she was a manager or shift lead, but her performance was not up to par in customer service.
