they're always really nice, and i feel bad sometimes because i tend to workout later so i normally order a bit before close, but they're always kind about it! i'm not sure why there's a review complaining about them not opening the store early (assuming that person has never worked fast food/service industry lol) but i've never had a bad experience! i get nervous ordering at counters because my eyesight is bad and i have a hard time seeing the board but it's never seemed to bother them!! anyway i love it there and it's nice to get a smoothie there after a workout!

Unprofessional (in my opinion). One of the employees were very friendly every time I would order there after my workout, and I even asked if they were still hiring because there were multiple signs up stating so. Anyways fast forward a well from returning my application, I call and another employee AND MANAGER were very rude and stating they weren't hiring. So, why was there a sign up stating so and every time I go there they're only one person there? I'm confused and the approach was off. Another occurrence happens with one of my friends where we walked in and the store was 5 minutes from opening and the girl refused to open and she continues to hid in the corner and talk on the phone. Even after finally deciding on her time to take my order as I was the only customer there, she leave the cup a quarter full while gossiping VERY unprofessionally about me to another employee out of spite. I really love smoothie king, but I don't like how unprofessional their employees are here and the fact that they don't want to expand there team shows. I've worked in customer service plenty of times and I can say they need to work on there's.

Champion Status but not champion service.I ordered online like o always have. Order was suppose to be ready at 10:30am got there at 10:35am order was not ready, no problem I continued to wait and watch other customers enter and exit with their orders, so I asked the cashier what was taking so long. First she said I ordered wrong then another lady looked the the online orders and said she found it and would make it. 10 min later still no order. I ask for the manager no manager. I left my name and number requesting a phone call. Never heard back from anyone. Sunday I ordered online again went to pick it up and was told I was banned from the store for disrespect. So if the manager, corporate care to look at the footage they will see I never raised my voice I simply told them I would speak with corporate and leave a negative review.
