Just left March 22, 2024 5:45 pm one employee handed us the bathroom key with gloves on and proceeded to continue putting toppings on an order with the same gloves as I watched. Is misinformed on how to ring up orders informing me my $15 sandwich was going to have extra charges almost $10 more than the other store in town and the mobile app with no discounts. Asked for pre-built sandwich minus the ham and was told they would charge us extra for the bacon and double cheese that comes on the subway series all american club at which point my family and I decided to walk out and go to the farther location. With any luck the area manager can step in and make sure the staff is properly trained at standard

SubwayMe and my grandson did a in store pickup.The app is so easy to useWe each ordered our sandwiches and it’s so easy.I ordered Footlong #1 The PhillyArtisan Italian, Toasted, American Cheese, Green Peppers, Red Onions, Regular Mayonnaise, Black Pepper, Salt. It was really good. The bun was fresh and toasted.My grandson ordered a Footlong #30 The Beast - Italian Herbs & Cheese, Toasted, More Lettuce, More Pickles, More Black Olives, Banana Peppers, Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Less Roasted Garlic Aioli, Black Pepper, Salt, More Parmesan Cheese, 50% More meat!I wanted to try their pizza so I orderedA Personal Cheese Pizza with Green Peppers, Red Onions, Bacon, and Pepperoni.I was greatly impressed with the pizza! It wasn’t the best pizza I ever had but it was really good. I’d do it again for sure!It didn’t look that great but really was good.As with all fast foods you have a chance of hit or miss.Tonight was a hit.My grandson found a new favorite sub “The Beast!” And I found the pizza!Keep up the great work subway!

Toilet was so filthy bottom was black.They removed the glass cover over the meat and replaced it with a metal cover so the customers cannot see the meat prior to selection. This Subway lost me as a customer.

Ordered pickup. 1 foot long tuna sub and 1 sweet onion chicken teriyaki signature wrap. Pickup was fine. Went back inside and asked the sandwich artist if he had put any of the sweet onion sauce on the wrap and he said no and commented he thought it odd I hadn't requested it. I asked if he would add it to the wrap and he said yes. I placed the bag with both items on counter so he could add it and went over to fill my drink cup. He then put the sauce on my tuna sub. I inquired if he had just done that and he states i handed him the tuna sub.....I said a colorful word about how my tuna sub was now ruined, and he was now offended and it was now magically my fault. Store manager reached out and apologized but has not refunded my 20% tip I paid when ordering. I did go to Subway on Mayhiill and the young lady there happily fixed the error. I did give her a generous tip.Unimpressed with both the sandwich artist and store owner/manager at East University location. Having 20+yrs as a salesmanager, I'd demote both the sandwich artist and the manager/owner.Zero customer service to correct the mistake and at least reimburse the tip paid that certainly wasn't earned.

We waited in the drive through for 15 minutes after being told to wait a moment. Then they told us it'd be another twenty to thirty minutes. We left the drive through and went inside where they told us we weren't going to be able to place an order because they had a big order ahead of ours. It must've been an online order because the parking lot was completely empty.

Went there on October 18 at night time around 9:05pm. The man who was working in there is a lazy worker who doesn’t want to take orders or make anything. We pulled up to the drive thru and no one was talking for like 15 minutes so we pulled out to order food ONLINE and then we went back to the line and just skipped to the main window since the lobby was closed and since no one answered . we were waiting for the guy to come but he kept passing by. When he finally came and opened the drive thru we told him we had a online pickup for MY NAME and he said oh sorry someone already picked it up, but no one else had came through so how did that happen if we have been here and the lobby is closed lol. We did not get our theee footlongs and i used a coupon too. WASTED. We asked for a refund or if he could just remake them but he kept annoyingly repeating “No, Sorry Cant help you.” How are people like this getting hired. It is unacceptable and unbelievable. So now we are 20 dollars less and still hungry because of no dinner just pure annoyance.

so me and my friends placed a mobile order and pulled up through the drive through. We waited 10-15 minutes at the drive through and no one spoke so we went to the window. then after getting to the window we wait another 20 min until a guy named jonathon came to the window. we told him we had a mobile order and he told us someone picked it up. BUT WE WERE THE IBLY ONES THERE THIS WHOLE TIME CAUSE ONLY THE DRIVE THRU WAS OPEN. HE LITERALLY CLOSED THE STORE. anywayssss then when we explained that wasn’t possible he proceeded to argue with us instead of making our sandwiches we ALREADY PAID FOR. Now they won’t refund us or make the order and we’ve gone back a few times this past week.
