Curbside order. Not bright to Curbside. Waited over 10 minutes. After going inside the young chick curly hair for not greet and then said she was not told to take out a "curbside" order and rude. Not from here so if I were a secret shopper, the rating isn't great. Did not yet eaten.

Just picked up this order and was so disappointed. I should have checked it out before I left the store. It was for a thank you lunch and I was embarrassed to serve it but didn’t have the time to go back to the store. The condiments were not in a tray to separate them so they were clumped together. The sandwiches and wraps were not wrapped in paper and the wraps were thrown together. I chose this store because of the good reviews but never again!! I will go back to the store closer to my location.

I ordered a salad they didn't cut anything up not the meat or veggies ! There's was maybe 4 pieces of lettuce in it ! I asked for the dressing to be on the side and they pit it on the salad anyways . I have never had a issue at this subway until now .

Worst experience I’ve ever received at subway. They waited until I showed up to start prepping my order when they marked it as “Complete” in the app. When I arrived they said 5 mins. It turned out to be 20 mins after the apps said done before the food was handed to me. Operator should be ashamed.

This place is usually good but sometimes there’s this one employee there in the afternoon who doesn’t consider food safety at all. Bit of an older woman with glasses, and a little shakey. She wore her mask incorrectly and coughed/sneezed into her hands while prepping for my food. From what I’ve seen she’s the only employee like this. The others are real sweet

SUBWAY #15324 - WEST UNIVERSITY, DENTON TEXAS. They only got a "One Star" because I didn't see 1/2 of a Star! On Saturday, October 23, 2021 - around lunch time, I walked into the Subway (#15324) on West University to order lunch (to go). There were other people sitting in the restaurant with food at their table. They did not have a mask on. When I approached the cash register to order, I was told that I had to have a mask on to order! I showed the server my Vaccination Card, as I had been vaccinated in May, and, I also explained to her that even after my vaccination, I still got covid! That didn't see to impress her. She still ordered that I must have a mask on to order - even though there were other people in the restaurant without masks. While asking why... a couple walked up behind me to order. I explained to them that they couldn't order without a mask - shaking their heads in confusion as others in the restaurant - didn't have masks on. I explained to the server that in the State of Texas, the restaurant couldn't ORDER that I be wearing a mask. She said she didn't care and again, requested I have a mask on. I asked for the manager - who she informed me - wasn't available. Another person walked up to me in line and I informed her, she had to have a mask on to order - even though the State of Texas said no business could require it! Finally, I left - while telling another group of people about the Mask Mandate of this location. Perhaps if the server had been not so rude, maybe that would have resinated with me. However, you can bet - that I will never step into that Subway again.

Require masks when there is no mandate. will never spend money in a place that forces me out because of masks. also, I'm fully vaccinated so there really isn't a point to the mask. get this subway closed

Great service and Clean establishmentThe two Gentlemen that helped me today were super nice and great. Food was awesome.They also followed the face mask/coverings. That made me super comfortable inside their location.Will be back to this location.
