This is my go-to Taco Bell in the area. The people are usually very friendly. I will say this visit. I was very disappointed. I normally would order the Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito, but since Taco Bell took that off the menu and put the Cantina items, I had to order something else. I ordered the Cantina chicken quesadilla. I will not order that again. The tortilla was soggy and did not look like it was toasted, very little ingredients in it (chicken and cheese), very sloppy. The only good part was the guacamole and sour cream sides. For the price, it is definitely not worth it. This item could be good if made properly.@Tacobell, please bring back the Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito.

Very clean and neat. The boys working there only got half my order right. I was supposed to get an Iced coffee even after I told them that they gave me a cup for soda instead. And they forgot my cinna twists. But it was okay.

This phone was very clean and upon getting the tacos that my sister bought, it was very delicious! I love tacos, always my favorite, and they tasted fresh and especially what adds a zing of flavor is the flavored tacos: NACHO CHEESE OR COOL RANCH ....ALL THAT STEMS FROM THE DORITOS!Oh I just love those flavored tacos - you all keep them coming the next time we come back! Thank you very much!

I tried to order food late night and was told they only could make tacos and burritos. Then when I tried to order tacos they said said they can’t give me more than 2-3 because they were low on ingredients and needed to save them for DoorDash.I asked if I ordered through DoorDash if they could complete my order and they said no because they would have to save ingredients for other guests. I asked why they would turn down confirmed orders for potential orders and he said he would be fired if he let me get the food and had to turn someone down later even though he was turning me down now.When I asked for their manager they said they were the manager and their name is Sean. I asked for their bosses name which they said was Brent. I would like to speak with Brent because I don’t believe that is true or that any normal business would turn down sales for the potential to get them later.

I walked in and was there to pick up an online order. There were two people at the drive through laughing and swearing about something as well as drinking beverages behind the counter. (Against food service rules) I waited patiently, I was the ONLY guest, as they joked around more and made eye contact with me three times. Someone came thru the drive thru and one answered the head set but the other still had her back to me ignoring me. So I said, “excuse me. She turned around and looked me up and down and said, “yes?!” Very rudely.I told her I was here for an online order so she kinda tossed it to me. I told her I didn’t appreciate the customer service and i hope she does better with her next guest. She yelled at me and told me they if I hadn’t had an attitude from the moment I walked in then she would have helped me.Which is absolutely ridiculous. She is there to help guest no matter what. And listen to their concerns. I asked for her name and she yelled at me and wouldn’t let me speak over her. Like literally yelling at me and cussing. So I asked her employees and they refused to give me her name. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager…. I contacted customer service and they should be reaching out to me soon.Taco Bell, hire better people. Every time I go to this location I get some sort of push back or your employees are ignoring costumers while being on their phone and messing up drink orders at the drive thru. Then when asked to get it fixed they have the worst attitude.

Refuse to remake sloppy tacos. Refuse to give refunds. I was told that their priority is to keep the lines moving quickly and they cannot remake anything or give refunds and that I was "holding the line up". OUTRAGEOUS!!! They take way too long, they make the food incorrectly and they package it up with the items spilling out and items wrapped poorly. Truly the "customer service" is some of the worst I've seen.
