The lady that checked us out was very friendly. By the time we paid our food was done, which is actually odd! I couldn't figure out how they did it so quickly. Then we opened our food and it was already pre-made, probably sitting under a heat lamp. My burrito was hard and cold. It was edible, so I didn't complain. The restaurant was kind of dirty too, as far as the floors go. I would still go back, but order things that are more rare to ensure I get fresh food.

I absolutely LOVE this location!!!The ladies are always so welcoming and friendly and always understand I'm there long enough to shove lunch in my face and get back to work. Order is always quick and correct and delicious!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this location!¡!!Good on ya Taco Bueno for this location and crew! Great service and wonderful welcoming friendly ladies!!!! Definitely recommend! I will definitely be back at least once a week.

I absolutely enjoyed my food. The quesadilla that I ordered was great and the sauce I was given, I didn't order but I loved it. It was a spicy white sauce, either a jalapeno ranch or maybe even with an avocado sauce that is spicy. Wonderful whatever it was!

Never had an order messed up here at all I enjoy the food it's always fresh for what it is I know there's other taco places you can choose from but this is always a safe bet and drive-thru window guy is always funny and comical Just a good vibe coming off of that whole cooking staff like you don't see that very often anymore in any fast food restaurants so I generally do enjoy coming to this one so nothing but positive reviews on this place ❤️

The woman who used to work at the one on University was here, and rude at both places. She also put food onto a dirty surface and did unclean things with her hands before handling food, as observed by several people; yet wanted to preach about masks (at the one on University). She also has a rude older mother who was working at the other one, maybe there now too. They are behind many of the issues at TB, and need to get out of this business
I had an extremely disappointing visit to Taco Bueno recently. From the moment I walked in, the cashier's rudeness set the tone for my entire experience. I was told to go away, which was both shocking and unwelcoming.Despite the initial encounter, I decided to order three bean burritos with extra chili. However, when my food finally arrived, they got my order wrong. I received two burritos with extra chili and one without any chili at all. It's frustrating when a simple order isn't handled correctly.The overall service was subpar, and the inaccuracies in my order left me unsatisfied. I hope Taco Bueno takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these issues for a better dining experience in the future.

Missing tacos from my order....ticket #110 order # 164710. Spent over $40 for subpar food and $8 of my order was missing. I guess next time I need to count all 12 tacos, 4 bags of chips, salsa, queso, 2 cups of beans, 2 cups and rice, a cheese quesidilla and most importantly verify the 2 beef muchacos are there too, all before driving off. ...since if its wrong no one answers the phone. OR...I just eat somewhere else from now on. I Called the store 5 times over the course of 3 hours....no one ever picks up. Just rings and then defaults to a busy signal. I get it, people mess up on the order, but answer the dang phone and let me know I can pick up the tacos another day or something. Why even have a contact number if no one ever answers it?

The employee who took my order was rude. I was surprised to discover my food was greasy and not good. I had ground beef burritos and a crispy ground beef taco. All of the meat was greasy and dripping grease while I ate. Disappointing. I tried to contact Taco Bueno but there was no response.
