We came at 2:30 on Saturday and there was no one in the restaurant. All the tables were dirty and it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant. It was a cold day outside but it was even colder in the restaurant. IDK why but every time I come here there is a lady that is just standing watching everyone else work. The only thing I've ever seen her do it bring the orders to the front. Last time we were here it took 40 minutes for our order to come out.

How can a customer who tries to place an order at 11 it’s not allowed to order on the website ?and then drives to the store gets here 30 minutes before they close the store is locked I asked the manager why they’re closed 30 minutes early why not have something online that says we shut down food 30 minutes early makes no sense. Then says it’s because his people want to get home. I’m looking outside for the sign that’s “food not served past…” “orders not taken past..” like it’s just up to some lazy employees the store is shutting down early it’s crazy wish my job was like that.

I ordered an 8 piece boneless meal for carry-our last week, half hot and half lemon pepper. The hot had plenty of sauce on them, but the lemon pepper nuggets had almost zero sauce/rub. They were practically flavorless. (See picture)The service was good and pretty fast, but those "lemon pepper" nuggets were so disappointing.

Had a great experience overall. Food took a little long but they were busy and the staff did a great job communicating throughout. Shoutout to the guy working the front counter, was working his tail off making sure everyone was happy and taken care of.

ZERO STARS THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!I order a 8 pc bone in 1 flavor with fries and receive ranch with crust all over it, fries with hair in it, and a 10 pc boneless with 2 flavors that I don’t even like.IF YOU WERE GOING TO RUIN MY ORDER YOU COULDVE HAD THE DECENCY TO GIVE ME THE FLAVOR I ASKED FOR.

They messed up my order did not get well done I picked up went home then I called to complain guy said on the phone that's how they are I have had well done and that's not how they are so drove up there manager fixed everything she was actually professional and nice so I calmed down I wish I got her name. So 4 stars not 5 because of the trouble I went through and for the guy on the phone otherwise would go 5 star.

This location is horrible . Everytime I come here the energy just weird . The employees cooking dress like they don't care about themselves . They over charge you for everything. Like sauce when they barely add sauce on the wings so I have to do it myself. I ask for welldone food . Come out chewy. . I spend 30 here this my last time coming. The service is disappointing nobody really friendly . They all just act and move like workers nobody owns a boss mentality ( nobody show they are in leadership role ) . They treat people like once you get your food it's nothing they can after you get it . I just don't feel welcomed at this location . Must be time for NEW MANAGEMENT . PEOPLE BUY FOOD AND YALL ADDING DEPRESSING ENERGY TO THIS STUFF.
