Cashier really rude. Needed to pick up a to-go order in the drive thru. Cashier waited 2 whole minutes before even speaking, then got on speaker and says, "It's really busy, you're gonna have to wait." Would not have sat there so long if I hadn't already paid online and driven 20 miles to pick up lunch for my husband. Finally got back to me and I got the order more than 5 minutes after that. Place needs an attitude adjustment.

Stood inside for 30 minutes before they would take my order. Told me “you’ll have to wait until I’m finished with the others”. Which would have been fine! If the three standing workers were actually working and utilizing BOTH sandwich stations. But no, 30 minutes to take care of 3 orders.

Will not ever return to this Subway. 7:30 pm and the dining room was closed down, had to get it to go, employees were busy talking to each other and not focused on customers. Out of cookies, as well as some of the meats. This store has really gone down hill as far as a quality place to eat. It gets down to finding young folks that want to work and take pride in their work, which is lacking here. Take note, DQ is going to open in a week and at this rate, you will not be open long.

Walked in and the 2 behind the counter never looked up from their PHONES because they were playing an online game ... I said hey can I order a sandwich please.... they were rude the whole time I was in there.... never gonna go back.... TERRIBLE

Pulled up to the drive through with my hungry 8yo son. The young lady taking orders comes through with "I'll get to you when I can."My son really likes Subway so we waited, what I felt was an appropriate amount of time, about 5+ minutes, and nothing.I understand they were busy, but rudeness, for no reason, is never acceptable in food service.When she can get to us will be 10 minutes from never. We will not be back to this establishment, and neither will anyone I know. This location apparently needs a complete retraining in customer service or an entirely new staff.Either way, don't waste your time.

Every single time we come here it takes 30 min to get a sub. They are so slow here. Never have I seen a Subway so slow. They had 3 workers even yet only 1 doing sandwiches while the other 2 picked up around the prep area, the other just standing there. It took 30 min with only 3 people in front of me. Make sandwich take gloves off make another take gloves off.

I ordered two footlong sandwiches. The bread I wanted my son got it and I got his bread. My son got his sandwich toasted and it was toasted way to long so his bread really hard. My sandwich is dry. I tried calling to speak with anyone that would answer the phone and couldn't get anyone to answer. We are really shocked and disappointed in our sandwiches.
