On April 19th, I returned to Dickinson BBQ & Comfort Food Restaurant in Dickinson with a large group of people for my second visit. Just as my first experience of eating there, the food is delicious, cooked & seasoned very well with large portions. This place has awesome banana pudding with crunchy cookies. ? The brisket is good, and the baked potatoes are huge. Potatoe salad is great as well.. All the food I've had is great here, and dine in is so quiet and peaceful. The staff is super friendly.Parking: Parking in front, on sides and around back, has more accommodations for parking, especially you bigger trucks.

This is one of the better barbecues in the southern Houston to Galveston area. I had half pound of brisket and a half pound of jalapeno sausage and both were terrific. It is the best brisket I have tried on this side of Texas. The barbecue sauce is a little mild for my liking but is tangy and good, I added jalapenos to my order from the bar and it was fine.Thry keep two BBQ sauces in kettles at the condiment bar, which is nice.
