It was my worst experience with a pizza delivery. I ordered pizza for the family and used the app to track the delivery. An hour and a half later, the app said it was delivered, but it was not. I called the store, trying to be polite since they would be handling my family’s dinner for the night. However, when I asked for the name of the person I was talking to, she got very defensive. Despite this, I remained polite and addressed her as "ma’am." However, she abruptly hung up on me when I requested to cancel the order and be refunded.Frustrated, I decided to drive to the store to ask for a refund and make a complaint in person. When I arrived, I asked for the manager. The manager asked me for the name of the person I had spoken to, but I explained that she had refused to give me her name. He responded by saying that only deep-voiced males worked at the store, which I found strange and unhelpful. As I was getting ready to leave, I heard a voice that I had thought was a lady's coming from the person answering the phone. At that point, I realized the manager was being untruthful.I then asked for the name of his manager, but he told me that I would have to google that information myself. It was a frustrating and unbelievable experience.
Food made me sick. It's 4 am and I have been in and out of the restroom since I ate pizza and wings for dinner yesterday.Update 9pm. Still sick ? from the food.

I ordered a pizza off the app just to get a call 40 minutes after the fact to tell me that they don't deliver to my area. Turns out Baclif location received my order. Tried again but I called my local branch by phone this time. 1 hour and 40 later nothing. Turns out their answering service picked up and place my order for delivery at another location which also didn't deliver to me. I wish Domino's would just go back to direct branch phone numbers. 2 pizzas went to waste and I didn't get to eat until 3.5 hours after my original order. SMH!Too bad 30 minutes or less is no longer available. I would have earned 6 free pizza's. ?

It’s been an hour and half and I haven’t received my order. When I placed the order it said delivery in 15-25 minutes. I had to call the store to get an update on my order. Told me it’s on the road. It’s now been another 20 minutes and still no pizza. Highly disappointed!

Ordered, pulled up and as I was paying they told me they don’t accept $100 bills cool…called another dominoes and they told me they would. Even called little Caesar’s and Pizza Hut and they told me they would. I left without the pizzas and went to one of the others store. Waste of time.

I am highly disappointed with my order from this location. When I got home with my order, I realized that the pizza wasn’t even cut, and my Parm bites did not have butter or Parm on them - simply plain bread bites. The pizza doesn’t taste well at all. It tastes funny. I spent $17 on a dinner that I’m not going to eat. What a waste of money. I’ve had good experiences with other locations so I will not go back to this location ever again.

Both the last order we placed and the order we placed tonight have all been with extra sauce on the pizzas and now both times we get no sauce on the pizzas, the dumbest thing ever and a huge waste of money at least they put noodles in my pasta this time tho..... Will not be ordering again from a pizza place that can't even make pizza right one time....Update, the manager remade the pizzas correct for us and rushed them out to us! Great pizza when made correctly!

Still funny to me how people complain about certain things. It's obvious who has never worked in the food industry before. The company sets certain standards that sadly can not always be met. What the customer wants and the company demands are always going to be 2 entirely different things. Maybe think about supporting a mom and pop shop if you don't wanna learn how a corporate based food chain works.
