My husband and I had were trying to ask one of the guys in a group a question only one of them answered because they were too busy talking and laughing. We asked a simple question and he responded loudly with a "HUH" with a weird bothered face. Overall they just acted so careless and immature. At the end they were laughing at us due to our accent and question basically acting like high schoolers! Respect goes a long why it doesn't hurt anyone.

So very disappointed with HEB today. I received a call less than 2 hours before my cake was to be picked up saying they didn't have red velvet and could they substitute. Mind you they knew they ddn't have any the day prior when shipment came in. I asked if they could call around and see if other HEBs had the cake. He said they couldn't because they don't do orders less than 24 hours. I asked even in special circumstances that were the fault of them not me. He said no. So now no time to get another cake. Big fail HEB! Mind you, the same HEB that I got accused of stealing and the young girl made a big ordeal in front of customers and I showed her that I had 2 transactions and 2 receipts. She was literally standing next to me at the self check out lane and was literally looking at me paying and bagging.

I spend a considerable amount of time + money here over the last 2 years since moving to the area. So to start I'd like to preface 99% of the time they always have what we need + prices are decent. The reason for my review today though is something that has gone on for way to long that I'm finally fed up with enough to say something. The employees here are hit + miss with genuine customer service. I am pregnant currently + I can't tell you how many time I've almost been ran over with that cart thing they use to order pick ups; let alone just walking down the isles + dang near never allowing the customer to walk first. Now I get y'all are working + got a lot on your plate but the customers that are coming into your store still deserve respect + a smile every now + then. H‑E‑B does a lot of things right, a lot!!!!! But when it comes to their employees on the floor they need a hardcore customer service retraining done. I will add that the cashiers are a toss up, becos most of them are super friendly + a blessing to get us check out quickly so this review is mainly geared toward the ones working the floor. I would love to see this corrected as we spend so much here + more often than not do we leave with a bad sense of why didn't we go to Kroger instead of dealing with the people that work here.

HEB is like any store. They will pick your pocket given a chance. HEB tries to be the store that Kroger dreams about. People in my neighborhood go to Kroger because it is never crowded. HEB is always up for the seasons. They stock properly and have plenty of in store made items. HEB tries to make each and every visit a memorable one.

I keep receiving expired food in curbside orders. I just got this order and it’s already over a week expired food. In the same order, I received a green and molded prepared meal. I don’t recommend curbside shopping. Terrible.

Got a cake on Saturday April 22nd I ordered ahead of time. Cake was pretty but I didn’t serve right away thankfully I let it sit out for couple hours. We sang happy birthday to my mom and had the hardest time slicing into a partially frozen cake ?. The icing just fell off of the cake like a layer of cement. It was very embarrassing to serve this to our guests and at a $35.00 price tag never again HEB…I will make my own cake.

Don't get me wrong. I love H‑E‑B! I'm sure this is NOT their fault though I wanted to point something out I discovered yesterday about eggs.The rating here solely for the egg size/price issue. The x-large eggs and the large eggs look and feel to be the exact same size. Of course the x-large are more expensive. Up to you if you want to spend more money on the same size eggs as the less expensive ones. ‍

The pharmacy is pathetic. They have messed up my prescriptions more than once. They don't handle refill orders timely and it often takes multiple phone calls to get them to refill a prescription. They schedule delivery for prescriptions, don't show up and blame the 3rd party delivery company. I have been left without my meds because they didn't fill a prescription that was ordered.

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. When I went to pick up the cake they had spelled her name wrong. Mind you it was spelled correct on the order form. The fix was a gold ribbon over the name with the correct spelling. Unfortunately that turned out horrible. When talking to the staff in the bakery I asked why I was being charged full price for a cake they messed up which now looks like crap with the fix. Niles at the bay colony bakery location stated and I quote “it was an honest mistake and it’s just a cake”. Another member of the bakery staff ripped the ticket out of my hand and changed the price. I have never had issues with this location but wow the bakery staff needs to work on their customer service skills!!!!

I was doing my usual shopping at H‑E‑B, and this cashier Ashlyn well first used my coupon for another customer and then when checking us out she was giving us smart remarks about the coupon and she was rude

A great pitstop for pastries for a picnic. The hazelnut milk choc croissant and quiche were both delicious. Monmouth coffee is provided here. This small bakery comes highly recommended.

It’s beautiful made and so nice to walk in. Everything was awesome. Better than Walmart’s! Little expensive but we bought the best Seafood that was delicious. Am going back! Thank you! It’s our first time at Your new HEB
