They were out of chocolate for the ice cream of all things. How does Dairy Queen run out of chocolate at 3pm. on a Saturday. So I had to pick a different kinda of shake.

Always get pretty rude service and extremely long wait times everytime I've been by im asked to pull to the front even if no one else is in front or behind me it's a minimum of 15 to 30 minutes for a single burger.

So SLOWWWW. They use to have people park on the side of the building if they were taking too long for their order and now they just have them wait in the line. This causes us to wait even longer, even if we just want to get ice cream. The girl that was working yesterday (Sunday around 8pm, 8/6/23) was having them wait in the line so I decided to go inside. After that, the line started going quicker since she decided to do Drive Thru orders first and have the people inside wait. There was another dude in there as well, but he went back to the kitchen instead of being at the front. Not sure why, maybe he’s new? Just horrible service… he took one persons order and just went to the back… will not be coming back at night time. Also they close at 9:30 while keeping the menu lit up? still better than Stephenville but not by much.
Ice Cream is great! Love the 3:00 to 5:00 99 cent special.

This dairy queen is absolutely terrible--worst one I've ever stopped at consistently. Your order might be right about 10% of the time if you're lucky. I've given them about 10 chances and I won't be stopping here anymore. Go to sonic if you're in Dublin.

Im about to give up on DQ's. Keep getting raw steakfingers. You can tell by looking thier still yellow. There is a timer on the fryer for a reason.
