So I was hoping to just call and let the kitchen staff know that we found plastic pieces in not only but my husband's gravy as well. I just wanted them to make a new batch so nobody else gets plastic in the food. Nobody answered the phone. My husband also got one regular tender and one spicy tender meal. More expensive than it's worth but I do like the Wicked Wings and Tenders. The staff is usually pretty nice and quick. On my last visit, I was a little disappointed when I opened my sides only to see that I was slighted some food. A quarter of my green beans AND mac-n-cheese were missing! I also didn't get my rolls (even though I didn't need them) but I paid for them. The meal was way too expensive to not receive it all. This place has went down hill even the other location running out of food and the places are not being properly maintained even the one in Pleasant Grove is horrible prices went up but the food has been cut down the strips are small and the gravy half filled the okra fried too hard don't get the fries they look like they have been sitting under the warmer for as bout an hour and the fish is hot because they don't have a choice because they will get sued for food poisoning I noticed...read full review
