I've gone to the Mason's on Hampton Rd in Desoto and had far better service than this one. I ordered 2 of their catfish plates in the drivethrough. After having to wait for around 12 minutes with not a single other car on the parking lot I was finally given my food. Upon getting home I discovered that neither the fries nor the fish had nearly ANY SEASONING AT ALL on them. Largely disappointing, never go to this location unless you have to.

I’ve been here when the catfish was excellent… that wasn’t the case today. Three orders of catfish, shrimp and fries. Picked up at 11:20 am. It tasted like I was eating reheated food. Fries were actually cold. Fish was chewy. Too bad. This place can certainly be very good. Disappointed. $56 spent.
Liked the food. Need to add dirty rice to menu and Cajun gravy please....

Just went to the location today and waited in the drive thru after arriving at the window and receiving my food it was totally wrong and had to park and go in and they re cooked the meal 2 more times and was wrong again and the cook was confused didn’t understand what he should be doin not the proper presentation for a food place and the cashier kept running in the kitchen to assist the cook because he was not understanding what to do and the food was so freaking nasty this location needs to be closed I regret goin there the food I ordered was thrown in the trash no taste and again bad serviceParking: Big holes

I most definitely feel like I’ve gotten food poisoning yesterday because shortly after I threw up the fish they made be cook is contaminated and I’ve should’ve know because it had a slight foul

WENT INTO THE PLACE ON TODAY AT 9:30 WAS TOLD THAT I COULDNT GET WAT I WAS TRYING TO ORDER BY THE YOUNG GUY AT THE COUNTER BECAUSE HE WASNT GONNA MAKE IT MEANING THE COOK BECAUSE IT WAS 9:30 AND THEY CLOSED AT TEN WHICH WAS KINDA CRAZY BUT JUST WANTED TO JUST LEAVE THIS REVIEW FOR THE MANAGER TO KNOW THAT HIS CREW ON THIS DAY DIDNT WANNA TAKE OUR ORDER BECAUSE IT WOULD TAKE TO LONG.

I have kept going for the wings for as long as I can remember but the quality of the wings and the recipe has not stayed consistent, who ever was the cook for the wings 2-3 years ago was what made me a customer. (I'm assuming the cook changed) I see that the recipe is not going back to how it used to be for the buffalo flavor. So I'm not going anymore. Today I got a 6 piece and I only ate 3. The rest is getting cold now as I type this review. Very sad about it :( ALSO by the way the ranch is sooooo liquefied, and it's upsetting to see that the cups are not even filled up, they are filled halfway!
