There is no bar for sugar and the service is limited due to only a couple employees and a long drive thru wait. Other than than, they always make our drunks correctly and take time to answer questions when you do get up in line.

Bobby was great. Usually when you go there it's somebody behind the speaker that clearly does not want to be there.Bobby was not like that. He was cheerful, fast, and I understood him thru the speaker. Great speaker voice. Good customer service. He had a smile at the window, he was good. Give him a raise.I ordered a salted Carmel latte. It's my go to. Wasn't as good as it normally is but it was good. Good temp. My cup was cleaner than normal from that location. No drips or runs down it. Over all it was an alright experience.

I love me some Starbucks coffee! Staff are always friendly always serve you what ask for.
I asked for a drip coffee in a cup I brought in. Rather than turning around and filling it--as every other Starbucks I've ever been to has done--my cup was put in the queue with every other fancy drink. After several minutes, when I finally asked if someone could please put coffee in the cup, a 12-ounce cup was filled and then poured into my cup, thereby eliminating my attempt to keep a disposable cup out of the landfill. Pretty infuriating.

Terrible service. In the middle of the day they can’t break a $50.00 bill and give me $35.00 back when my order was $15.00+. Cash is currency. They need to have change at all times. Won’t be back.

They are always really nice. They make you feel welcome. I once forgot to order something extra for my drink. When I get to the window. I asked them if they could add it & they said yes and didn't charge me. Very helpful.

Love the coffees . Not a fan of their sandwiches though. They nuked them till they were scorching hot .When they cooled off, the croissants where rock hard on the ends. The inside is clean but there is no 'warmth' to this place. They need a picture,a throw rug,some color some something to make it feel inviting. Do yourself a favor and just stay in your car and use the drive through.
